I ordered via Door Dash and the order was processed immediately. The best thing about all of our meals was the sauce and hush puppies. We found the rib meat hard as though it had been cooked earlier in the day and sat heating. We also had a Hogwback potato with pork and one with chicken. The potatoes were huge but very overcooked, again as though they were done and put into a warmer. I found the pork lacking in flavor. Would not recommend. We have consistently ordered from Door Dash for a long time and rarely have had a bad experience. The cost before tip and delivery fees was $36.

Now Buddy’s is not my fave BBQ place BUT it is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food met expectations. We had the pulled pork BBQ sandwich combo with baked beans and slaw. I was very pleasantly surprised that they had Mr. Pibb. One negative is cleaning with Fabuloso as it was very strong when we were there. Kind of puts a ding against the taste of the food.

Food wasn’t good at all. Ribs were extremely hard and I could taste the freezer inside the hush puppies. Beans had no flavor. Service was very quick and the restaurant seemed clean. However the tables were dirty and had a sticky feel to them. I’m not being harsh but overall I won’t be back. I had the trio and honestly wasn’t worth $20. I expected semi decent food.

I have, genuinely, never had any problems with Buddy’s until today. We Door Dashed our order of pork plates and regular/large fudge sundays. When the order arrived and I checked it, we had bowls of fudge and NO CAKE. We also ordered a combo that came with a junior fudge sunday that only fudge and ice cream. I don’t know if it is just an off day or an employee taking stuff for themselves, but either way it needs to be checked into. I’ll just barely mention the cold food, because that could have been a dasher issue.

You can eat rib Saturday they were always fresh but any other time they were very dry and hardly any meat on the bones. So i stopped going until recently I decided to give them another try. I ordered the rib dinner with a plain baked potato and Baked beans. My grandson had the kids tenders and French fries. My name was called to come get my food as I got to the counter my grandsons food was ready and part of mine was ready. The guy told me the potatoes were not ready and It would be 10 minutes and they would be ready. So I told him that I like to have all my food at one time and could he please put my food under the warmer to keep it warm until it was all ready. He rudely snatched the plate off the counter and laid it on the side of the fryer. 20 minutes go by and I go back to the counter and ask were the potatoes done yet. So the man(managers husband ) ask her how much longer would it be before they would be ready. She smarts off to him goes to the back gets a pan of potatoes and throws them on the back counter the guy says who did that and she(the manager) says in a very smart voice I did. You want your potatoes don’t you? At that point I was very angry to see a manager act that way in front of a customer. I proceeded to tell the cashier( managers daughter ) that I would never be back there again. She starts apologizing and offering me and my grandson dessert on the house and I told her no thank you. She was very sweet and professional . First the guy was rude then the manager?? I had enough at that point. So I finally get my food I had a nice fresh hot potato but by then the ribs were cold. How can you hold your employees accountable for bad customer service when their manager needs a course in customer service herself. I could have gotten over waiting on my food but the way the manager acted was way out of line.

Buddy’s has always been GREAT!!! Today, they made my chicken sandwich with light sauce spot on. Tasted like mana from heaven. Guy at the window also told me 2 “chicken” jokes that cracked me up. Bravo!!!

I didn’t actually eat here myself, but I let my daughter and her friend(both 13) go in to eat as they wanted barbecue and I wanted Panera. I didn’t spend more than maybe 10 minutes at Panera Bread, but when I got back my poor daughter and her friend had an old man leaned up on their table sizing them up and keeping them locked in a conversation that I could tell made the poor girls very uncomfortable. And when I get there, I see that this is an employee! The man, Chip, noticed me coming over and then completely flips the conversation into a corny joke and then retreated. I quickly asked for some boxes and got the girls out of there. My daughter and her friend told me that this man was making comments on their bodies and asking them inappropriate questions, even after knowing they were both CHILDREN.

My wife and I went to the hixson location for lunch, we ordered ahead through the stores website and arrived about 10 minutes later to pick it up. Drove another 5 minutes home, and opened our food, it was cold, no bbq sauce included and an extremely small portion of Mac and cheese. Not thrilled with the food we received this time.
