I ordered delivery. The delivery guy turned the pizzas on their side (obviously). This is what they looked like after I shook them back out. Disappointing. Wont be ordering again.

Disappointed by the Domino’s Pizza off Hog Mountain in Flowery Branch. Ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak pizza, and when the delivery driver Paul, handed it to me and it was like air. No weight in the box! I opened it up and showed him the pizza, and Paul said, “Yeah, that’s a little extra crispy!” and left with the $5 tip for driving 0.7 miles. Called the store to request they redeliver and take this one back, and Clayton, the General Manager, said that “because the Philly doesn’t have sauce, that’s the way it cooks!” Despite 4.5 years living here and ordering this pizza at least monthly, he refused to look at our order history or remake the pizza.
I never complain, but the delivery driver and Clayton’s lack of professionalism took a burnt pizza to the next level. Clayton, you could have been decent and saved yourself the negative review and a customer!

This is our second time in a row that we are experiencing this particular issue. So we ordered Buffalo Specialty Pizza and it came looking like a cheese pizza with barely (if any) Buffalo sauce. You are charging extra for those and simply have the gut to send that pizza as Buffalo. On the other hand I simply cannot stand the amount of times we did not receive the blue cheese (past orders) while ordering wings. And I am talking about this specific FLOWERY BRANCH – HOG MOUNTAIN LOCATION- you don’t deliver them but STILL charge for extra. Simple lack of consistency. I hope this review will encourage you guys to do a better job.

Ive updated my review to crappy because I prescheduled pizza to a client and it was never delivered.
This is one of our go-to Dominoes locations. Always on time and hot and delish. I use this location to deliver pizzas to my clients while they are moving in. I pre-schedule these in advance and they are always right on time.

Awful, straight out. Ordered 2 pizzas. Over an hr later I had to call to get an update as the app was saying that the driver was out for delivery but curiously still at the store. When the pizzas finally arrived they were definitely an hr old. The crispy thin crust was essentially just a cracker soaked in water. This is why I’ve stopped ordering from Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or Papa John’s. I’ll take my local Marco’s or D’Italia in FB

So I wanted to leave a review as I got two pizzas with only vegetables, and as we don’t eat meat from outside specially not pork due to religious reasons, this was a terrible experience because we found sausage pieces and pepperoni as we were eating.
We called the store and spoke to the manager and while she gave us credit for two pizzas after having to negotiate with her for a while because she was asking us to drive 10 min back to get pizzas remade and didn’t take it seriously at all. She finally offered us credit so we didn’t have to come in and I offered to send her pictures through the store email or corporate email she declined to give it saying she wasn’t comfortable. I didn’t want to leave a review but I figured others should see this and to be very careful as this is a serious offense as she was making me very uncomfortable and declining for me to send pictures of the order to the store email.

I have to say Daniel went above and beyond for us tonight. We came in as they were closing up and instead of turning us away he encouraged us to come on in. He served us with a smile and was an absolute pleasure. He made sure we got what we wanted and even offered to redo my pizza when he thought he put to much sauce on it. (We eat pizza with very little or no sauce.) So wanted to make sure to say THANK YOU Daniel and the crew for making our experience amazing. We need more people like him working with customers!! Great job!!!

This has to be the worst dominoes location in existence. Our medium pizza with “extra” pepperoni didn’t even have normal pepperoni and there’s almost no cheese on the pizza (see photo). On our previous mobile order, we ordered chicken fettuccini and what we got was Mac and cheese. There is zero quality control at this location.

The people at the location are great! But the Domino’s order online is broken. My orders for delivery have been “cancelled” many times. I have to call the store to ensure delivery. But the employees have always been happy to help!
