The worse experience EVER!!!! I ordered a GF Chicken bacon ranch by delivery. When the pizza arrived at home was entirely wrong. NO BACON, NO CHICKEN and extra un requested Ranch. I went back to the restaurant and TWO EMPLOYEES make me another pizza.. WRONG AGAIN!!! TWO and they can’t even make the pizza right. This time they missed the GLUTEN-FREE detail. At that point, I was SO HUNGRY AND MAD that I ended up living the store WITHOUT the pizza and with the desire to never EVER go to this DOMINO’S again.

Ive orders many times yet they always make me wait over an hour just to cancel my order after it says its been delivered . Their reason is due to “safety concerns” I live in a nice neighborhood so I understand whats the issue is. If there was an incident between one customer and a driver, that does not justify punishing an entire community from ordering in the future. I have been a long time customer but this is honestly making me question wether i will ever order from them again . Delivery is a great option for many families and having my order taken and paid for just to get canceled after waiting and having people expect food is just unacceptable .
