Update: after spending 25 min with customer service and getting nothing but a “incident number” I spoke with the manager (not sure if it was the store or regional) who not only apologized and explained the app didn’t process the light sauce request and offered a credit for what we spent. Very satisfied and a tad frustrated the app didn’t save the light sauce box.
Ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas with LIGHT sauce. Received extra sauce. YUCK. Very unhappy and regretting not choosing Mazzios.

Way, WAY too greasy. I had pizza delivered to my home, and there were so much grease on the bottom of the box that it bled out onto the table. I was finished eating almost 30 before typing this review, and I still feel the grease on my lips.
I suspect they must soak the dough in grease before they make it, I’ve never, ever had pizza that was so greasy before.
The only positive I can say that the delivery was excellent. The driver was very professional and it was delivered in a very timely manner.
UPDATE: Its been a month since I left the review, so I decided to order again to see if they would stop making super greasy pizza.
NOPE. Still just as greasy as before. Its been an hour since I ate some of it, and I still feel the grease on my lips and mouth.
This will be the final time I ever order pizza from this Pizza Hut location. The response claims that my review helps them to do better, but if they aren’t willing to put any effort into it, it will never get better. And clearly, after a month since their response, they aren’t willing.

This was honestly one of the weirdest and most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I ordered a pizza online 25 minutes before arriving so it would be ready for my 45-minute lunch break. When I got there, the person at the front desk had no idea what was going on, and my pizzas still weren’t ready. The machines weren’t working properly, the pizzas were burning, and the supervisor just said he didn’t have anyone else working and the machine was broken. All he did was tell me he was sorry, but he didn’t do anything to actually help me out. Ordering ahead was pointless, and this completely ruined my lunch break. Very disappointing service.

They made sure to refund our food when my friend didn’t get her personal pizza. They explained the issues, even had the GM personally refunded us since it was delivery. Thank you for making it right and we wish you a good one.

It’s a to-go place and I’m always having to wait around for my order. They’re usually outside smoking or in the back cutting up. The food is okay but the service and the way and all the above is just not a very pleasant place. I always choose another Pizza Hut.

Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Answered the phone and before I could even speak they were already rude.
It’s my kids birthday and I asked if they could somehow make “Happy Bday” with the pepperonis and they told me that wasn’t possible on a large pizza. I then requested to have the pepperonis on the side so I could do it with my self and was immediately faced with more attitude. It takes 10 seconds to be kind and they clearly have none of any sense of good customer service. 0/10 recommend this location.

All right y’all Skittles here for yet another shining review. I wouldn’t eat here ever.. unless you like boogers in your pizza. Yes that’s what I said. Went to pick up a pizza today and while the manager was outside on his phone with what I assume was cooperate he was leaning on his truck picking his nose….. Then came back in griping at his employees for the drawer being short DID NOT wash hands or wear gloves and proceeded to cut MY pizza…. I said NOPE. And walked out. Thank God I hadn’t paid for this order yet. YuK. Eat at your own risk! sad because pizza hut is my favorite pizza place. Just not this one….
