Delivery driver was the best part of my order. I ordered extra cheese and didn’t receive it as usual. I called stire to only be placed on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. I calked back and Alexis(not so friendly) informed me the manager stepped out. This service and quality of food is the norm for this location and my last time shopping. But I am most certain they don’t care so I made sure everyone else knows too.

I waited in the car while my mom went in. We ordered the Philly cheese steak pizza and spinach feta bread sticks. It around a 15 min wait. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Cheese evenly toasted peppers and mushrooms grilled to perfection. Spinach feta bread sticks had mouthwatering cheese pull. Definitely exceed expectations. Idk who’s working there now but they’re doing a great job. keep up your good work.

AVOID this Domino’s at all costs!!! Jamal made my order and completely burned the cheese tots. Plus, the pizza didn’t taste fresh, wasn’t hot, and missing the garlic flavoring on the crust!! I called the store several times to try and make the situation right but they always answering and hanging up. So I’m bringing the food back tomorrow to get my refund!!! Plus, Domino’s owes me another pizza, I’m not used to eating mediocre food with terrible service. Now if the staff plays with my refund, I’ll be calling the bank to ensure I get my money back. Plus, I want my $0.10 tip back wasn’t even deserving of that!!!! Whoever is franchising this Domino’s needs to be fired, cause the staff be playing around in the back. Corporate y’all need to come in straighten them out.

Food was horrible. It was burned and cheese was so overcooked that it dried out. The marinara and cheese sauce for the bread that I ordered was nearly empty, dried up and burned as well. The pictures speak for themselves. It’s sad, we were waiting for them to open so we could stop getting our deliveries from Bouldercrest who would take 3hrs. They don’t seem to be much better.
By the way, they just opened and are closing early and their system was down. Not a good look. My wife loves Domino’s, but I can do without. I won’t return. Loosing customers before you gain them. Smh!
UPDATE – My wife forced me to give the location another try. Showed up at 7pm to a closed store. Had to drive to Wesley Chapel to get food. They are not off to a great start. Strike 2.

I submitted my order to this establishment at 12:03 pm. My order arrived at 3pm! THREEEE PPEEEMMM! The pizza box looked so disgusting that I didn’t even want to eat it! The pizza was soggy and greasy! It was so greasy it soaked the box and was leaking out! My spinach & feta with chicken pizza turned out to be spinach & feta with ONION! NEVER will I order from this place again!!!!

Update: Again, 5 stars for food and customer service at this location. They were busy as hell on a rainy Saturday afternoon and the food was fixed perfectly. In addition when I walked in I was greeted right away by multiple people.

First I would like to say, this is my second time ordering from this location in one week. My first experience was excellent. The pizza was fresh, hot, and tasty. The customer service was great! The chicken was cheese filled and nicely sauced. That prompted me to return today. Today’s experience was, outside of the great customer service, this pizza was the worst I ever had. It was like eating cardboard. It’s dry as a bone. So Dry that the box barely had oil in it. The chicken had no sauce (BBQ is the chicken I ordered). It had absolutely NO bacon pieces. The crust had no seasoning. I’m really shocked because I had such a good experience my first visit less then 7 days ago. I hope this does not become the norm. I’ll give them one more try, but I’m a foodie and for me to not eat something says a lot. Today was not a good day at Dominos Flat Shoals. However I will say again…. My first time, just last week was amazing!

I just placed an order with the Dominos on Flat Shoals Pkwy in Decatur, GA and selected carside delivery. I parked in the first available parking spot visible facing the store, I selected the “Im here” button in the Domino app. One minute and thirty-eight seconds into the 2-minute countdown, the timer stopped and the order was marked complete. Ten minutes later no one still has not arrived to deliver my pizzas. After ten minutes, I went into the store and gave my name, I asked the supervisor Tiffany why was the order marked complete and how were they going to honor the Dominos Carside Delivery 2-minute Guarantee. She stated that they didn’t see my car. I pointed to my vehicle parked in the very first spot that you can clearly see through the store glass window. TIffany stated for future reference park on the side of the store (which you can’t see cars from the register) or in the Fire Lane. I stated to her that parking in the fire lane is against the law and she responded, “Don’t you see that car in the fire line” and I stated it’s against the law to park in the fire lane. I politely asked again how are you going to honor the Dominos Carside Delivery 2-minute Guarantee. Tiffany stated she was not going to honor it because I didnt park in the fire line with my blinkers on. I further stated that the app did not provide instructions to park in the fire lane, it states to park near the store and does not mention to turn on the car hazard lights.
After the inexcusable customer service from TIFFANY, the manager, I got home and the pizza was horrible. I usually rave about the pizza from Dominos but this handmade pizza was nasty and dry.This was so disappointing because this location is a mile from my house, but I will go back to the Ellenwood location. Save your time and money.

Ordered 2 pizzas one for me one for my husband I’m allergic to pork and the girls sitting there saying, I don’t know why you order a pepperoni Pizza. If im allergic to pork, it wasn’t for me. I’ll order here all the time. And there’s never been an issue. She got an attitude with me. Because she had to clean the cutter. I don’t want to go to the hospital over no cutter.
