Wow—this place exceeded our expectations! The soup was absolutely delicious, packed with flavorful ingredients, including a perfectly cooked chicken drumstick that was tender and rich in taste. The mushroom soup was incredibly flavorful, and the beef shank we ordered was just as delicious, bursting with deep, savory goodness. The prices are fantastic, making it an even better deal. I’ve been waiting for this place to open up as my first experience was their location in Bellevue. This is their soft opening this week. They can definitely use more staff. The wait was a bit long, but they have a sign up sheet to put your name on. When ordering, they have a QR code at each table that you can place your order through. I really enjoyed the Hot and Sour soup. There’s just soo much flavor to it. I like that you can add the additional toppings yourself. It’s definitely a place to get some good noodle soup served uniquely.

I wish someone smarter than me or the staff had told us to order using the qr code at the table. We sat for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. After clearing that hurdle, ordering was simple enough.
The food was fine. Very simple. The broth base wasn’t flavorful. I couldn’t find chilies or anything else to spice it. The quail egg and corn were my favorite elements.
If you like soup, hot pot style, you will most likely enjoy the experience.

The food was good and the service was very nice. We had a little bit of a wait to get a table. I chose R11- spicy noodle soup, and my husband had the R3. The spicy soup was a bit spicy for me, but I enjoyed it. The R3 has a mild flavor. The rice noodles resembled fresh noodles, really well cooked. The only new thing for us was that we ordered thru an app in the store.

So we ordered just one dish, and I gave my child a small portion on a separate plate in case they wanted a bite.
From the moment we ordered at the table, the staff didn’t seem welcoming. their expression made me uncomfortable.
I didn’t even feel at ease asking for basic utensils, and none were offered.
We quietly helped ourselves to plastic forks and spoons from the self serve takeout station.
When it was time to pay at the counter, I left an 18% tip and politely said thank you.
The staff didn’t respond at all.
I even saw them thank the customer ahead of me, which made the silence feel intentional.
It was a disappointing experience, especially during what should’ve been a simple lunch outing.

New hotpot spot in beaverton town center. Cute little spot, clean inside. Self order with QR code on table. Got Mango passionfruit fruit tea, it was good and refreshing. Ordered popcorn chicken for starters, it comes dry with chili powder but I like to dip it in the sweet chili sauce so I asked for some. I got the beef brisket noodle pork soup base and my sister ordered the same with the spicy both option. Overall it was good and simple to eat with big portion. This is a nice spot for hotpot if you enjoy a simple menu. I just didn’t like paying on the QR app because it requires a lot of personal information just to pay so I went to the counter and just pay there.

I don’t know about the old reviews but when I came here it was an amazing experience. The place has a modern design but still is authentic. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast for dine in orders. The food first of all is amazing. It’s very tasty with a variety of ingredients to add to the noodle soup bowl. You have multiple choices on the broth too. A must eat place if you enjoy Chinese and Noodle soups.
