This location has gone through so many cooks and staff! The pizza is never consistent! As you can see from the pictures, the toppings are almost 4 inches from the edges in spots on the pizza. I can’t blame the current staff as they were very friendly and the service for pickup was quick. The Franchise owner however has to do a better job training to standards and staffing.

Ordered my food at 11:30 went to pick up my food and the store was closed. I reordered again the next evening and the delivery man said he didn’t have my lava cakes, then when he checked he dropped them in front of me when showing me his bag was empty. Ordered pizza 25 minutes before arriving for pick-up. Pizza wasn’t even prepared! It was not busy. Waited another 25 minutes, then told after it is finally ready that there was no bacon! Why wasn’t I told this before it was made since I was already there? Attitude of leader was dreadful and barely verbally understandable. Worst pizza ordering experience ever! All Domino’s seem to be stingy on the toppings. This is not a complaint regarding this location, it’s all Domino’s up and down the East Coast. My complaint is, if I order double mushrooms and two pieces of pizza have one mushroom on it, it’s not double mushroom. When you look at the pepperoni pizza picture, nearly every square inch is covered in pepperoni. So wouldn’t that carry over for mushrooms? Do mushrooms cost more than pepperoni?

After working a 12 hour shift I was starving and figured I could order a pizza on my way home. I ordered online and when I arrived there was only one employee in the store. I stood at the counter waiting for him to make contact for over 10 minutes. Finally another employee came in and asked what I needed. Told him I was picking up an order and then he told me they had not received an order in the last 30 minutes. As I pull up my confirmation it refreshed and said it was cancelled by the store. I then asked if I could order the pizza and was told I was not able to because they were closing and cleaning up. Their hours say, open until 10pm. It was 8:45pm. Terrible service.

We are staying at a hotel and did not feel like going out to dinner. We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our hotel. My on-line order went to the Ridgeland, SC store. I appreciated your on line ordering and your notifications of where my pizza was. My pizza arrived 10-15 minutes after the notification said it was here. Instead of being hot and bubbly, it was warm and dried out and the dipping sauce was cold! It has been many years since I ordered from Domino’s and I will never order from Domino’s again.

I ordered online in the morning and they cancelled my order 30 minutes before it was to be delivered with no reason given in the email and text. It was for our twin’s birthday party so we had to scramble to feed all these kids. Tried calling the store and nobody answered so perhaps it’s staffing issues. Will not use them again, as that is too unpredictable for me. We ended up going with Papa John’s and it was super fast service and they answered their phone.
