Every single time I have ordered the chicken habanero sandwich for delivery, it has arrived at my door without the mango habanero sauce that is the only reason I order the sandwich… EVERY SINGLE TIME! So, today, I ordered the sandwiches for cash pickup, determined that I wouldn’t pay for another sauceless sandwich… Good thing too. Arrived to pick up my order, and inspected before paying… No sauce… Yet again. I left the sandwiches right there on the counter and walked out. I’m going to Papa John’s. They have never forgotten a single ingredient. Maybe Dominos needs to start sending their high school dropouts over there for training.

UPDATING….. I swear this store has done a complete 180 since I first started ordering from here. Some days are better than others but I can taste the love these amazing employees makes our pizzas with ❤️❤️❤️I know everyone has bad days but I feel like the staff here actually cares about the customers. Customer service post Covid is almost non existent because the customers are cry babies about a wait time but I will always prefer hot fresh food versus cold and old. This same reason why I’m a Burger King fan. Thank you to the staff for always giving me great pizzas!!!!!
Update: I just wanted to update from my previous review. To the staff you guys are really stepping it up. The food quality has improved tremendously with my last two orders. You guys have always been very fast at getting my order ready. Thanks again for some delicious pizza
June 29th I have the worst luck with ordering pizza from here. My Husband Layne ordered four pizzas on his app and two of them are so burnt and hard we can’t eat them. He’s on the way to have them replaced so I’m 10 minutes on hold right now and nobody has gotten back on the line. It’s becoming ridiculous and no managers or anyone from corporate has responded back from the incident below. See pictures we ordered two of the same pizzas and one is beautiful but the other no
Wow that’s all I can say for Robert!!! He’s very rude and has zero clue how to be in customer service. I do apologize for not wanting to repeat myself several times. Word to the wise to order special requests like an extra sauce before you submit it because he’ll continually ask you same question like yeah $.50-$1.00 for one sauce is one thing but when you order so much you see$5-$6 of mistakes it’s laziness not a mistake and then hang up because they continually hang up on you is just sad, really, really sad. Sorry not sorry because you are a rude, disrespectful human being

I typically order via online. I only live 2 miles from the location so I tend to get my food quickly. The pizza sometimes tastes overcooked but as this is a chain restaurant it’s pretty much expected.

I’ve ordered from here so many times and keep giving the benefit of the doubt but every single time I go in—- not one person is wearing gloves. Not one. While making dough or preparing food. But tonight they dropped the pan they pull pizzas out with on the floor and literally laughed, picked it up and continued getting a pizza out of the over. On the floor! There’s never anyone in there over 20 and I just can’t understand. So we won’t be back. Because pizzas a great comfort food but the hygiene and sanitation is ridiculous

We ordered a pizza at 9:30, and it didn’t get here until 11:30. Which is fine, I don’t mind waiting. But the pizza is inedible because of the amount of sauce they put and missing toppings.

I wish I could give this location zero stars but google doesn’t allow that . I decided to order pizza and wings . The pizza didn’t have extra pepperoni as I paid for it and the wings weren’t fully cooked . I called and asked to speak to a manager. To which name was Deborah , she kept repeating to me that the wings are precooked and they’re placed in a 400 degree oven . After I repeatedly told her that the wings are full of dough and uncooked as I just bitten into it. I informed her several times that it’s not about extra or free food it’s about getting what you paid for . Deborah was very rude and lack customer services at its finest . Her attitude is very dry and she doesn’t show any empathy at all . I explained to her what eating uncooked food can lead to so much more and see still showed no concern at all . All she keep saying was the temperature of the oven . I would never purchase from this location again . DEBORAH has ruined this experience for me !!! She needs to be retrained on customer service because what she displayed tonight isn’t it at all .
