Veronica didn’t look at me, like Barista’s do at the outside Starbucks, when you ask for something specific. She said “let’s try it!” She put her own SUPER SECRET SPIN on the drink and it was HANDS DOWN the best frapp I’ve ever had! I called it V’s BB Sweet Cream Frap! Yes, the drink was great but the customer service that I got was way cool. I felt like I was joking with one of my “girls”! So DOUBLE PROPS for Veronica, her low key old school approach to customer service and her MAD BARISTA INVENTION SKILL!
Also, I’m so used to people looking down on me. I have an autoimmune disease that has slowly over the last 7 years taken my teeth. After losing my excellent dental insurance it was very hard to keep up with the deterioration over the years. I don’t go out, take pictures or even attempt dating because of the judgement I do receive when I’m out in public. I get it, I’m guilty of it too. I appreciate employees like Veronica who give me some normalcy when I take the chance, leave the house and interact with the world! I’m sure she had no idea what doing her job correctly, could do for this 52 year old single mom! Thanks for more than just the coffee Veronica!

Went yo Safeway in the store to get a Starbucks. The guy working there was not knowledgeable about how to make my or my husband drink, which was a simple latte. The lady before me Was returning her Vente latte to get it fixed, and then I will next. Yes man took my order without writing anything down and then telling me he could remember because it was too detail. Then he started writing it down on the cup. He grabbed my cup with his fingers on the inside. I asked him if I can get a different cup. He got bothered and set our drinks down and started cleaning the blender Call the other side of the counter and I didn’t take a blender. He. just kept ignoring that I was there, and when I just still stood there waiting for my coffee, he walked back over to where the coffee Cups were sitting and asked me if I needed something. Asked for a supervisor she sent somebody else to help and that woman asked him what was going on. He was rude to her something. She called me a B.I.T.C.H. And told me she didn’t want to hear my bad energy. That was the most horrible store ever gone to. The manager was apologetic. However, I would not go that store to get a Starbucks or anything. It was a very scary experience. The store is number 55cir.cical.YRENA in the town of mountain house CA 95391 right near Brentwood California. Please, dear Claire.. Turns out, there was a Starbucks in that very center a real store, and they were wonderful! We were traveling back home to Arizona, we know the area and didn’t realize there was another storm there a regular Starbucks.

Very nice staff, always very friendly. The only caveat is the lack of habit of labeling cups. Probably 30 times over the past 2 months I came, and almost all 30 I had to find out where whose order is, even the employees themselves can’t always immediately understand where the order is, they have to take each cup, look for notes, sometimes even open the lid. The problem with the organization and it’s easy to fix.

The employees there need to make sure to wear their hair up and out of there face. Literally had a barista guy his hair all over the place so long couldn’t even see his eyes. Really they are food handlers!! The manager should really have that conversation on grooming. Same with the Corporate. You need to do better.

VERY disappointed in the decline in customer service at this location. It’s been getting worse, but today was bad! I made my order as usual, after waiting quite a few minutes for the lady doing the dishes to finally come to the counter, with chocolate covered hands. She never put my cup in order for the barista, but after seeing multiple other customers be served, even those after me, I realized she never corrected the problem. I brought it to the barista’s attention and was met with attitude, being told that she didn’t have a cup for my order. I explained that I oroit and paid for it, so it needed to be made. She just shrugged her shoulders and continued making everyone else’s drinks. I had to approach her again, when yet again I was met with attitude, being told, ok I’ll make it now. This is horrible customer service. The second I told her that she missed my order, she should’ve stopped the others that were after me and started making mine, rather than giving me attitude. To top it off, the lady that took my order said, I think someone took it, even though I had been standing there the whole time watching every drink come out. Why would someone have taken it if she didn’t even have it in line in the first place?? Nice taking responsibility for your initial mistake! Nothing was done to make the situation better either. She finally just plopped my drink on the counter and gave me the stink eye. Unbelievable.

It’s kind of a shame that the only Starbucks in this particular area is so small and in a horrible geographical location.

The drive-thru is the worst part, this place was not designed with a drive-thru in mind so having one here results in a giant line every single morning. The other issue is that the place inside is in general very cramped and small, again creating huge lines and making it a very uncomfortable place to sit and enjoy your beverage and/or use your electronics.

I dropped my coffee getting in my car (complete sadness), refusing to start my day like that, I went back for another one and they didn’t charge me! So sweet to do such a courtesy. Great customer service! (Crew on 9/17 in the morning).
