The worst experience ever and this is the one on garners ferry road I ordered over $47 in food including a tip and they forgot to bring my brownie so I asked them for a refund to my card they said no that they couldn’t do it only a store credit and I said that was not acceptable so I was told that the only way I can get my money back was to return all the food which I reluctantly did and my money was not sent back to my card so I went to the store the next day where I was told it would take up to 3 business days to return my money so to be on the safe side I called up there Monday to find out that my money has not been issue back to my card yet which they did over the phone and instead of getting my money back on Wednesday now it may be on Thursday and I keep getting the runaround by the same manager named Reggie if I was you I would not spend my money there

I didn’t check the reviews before ordering, just setup a carryout order online while I was in the area. My pizzas were ready when I arrived and looked good and hot. When eating, I realized the Pacific Veggie pizza didn’t have all of the toppings listed online… if they were out, it wasn’t mentioned and there weren’t any extra toppings in its place. The pizzas weren’t cut well and were heavy with garlic, which was supposed to be brushed on the crust only. Overall, it was okay.

Did a carryout order. Seventy five cents for parmesan powdered Cheese packets…I think we got five. Lack of marinara sauce on Pepperoni Pizza when we ordered extra. Cheesy Tots were good. The Philly Pizza was ok.

Came in pretty late last a couple nights ago . After I reached out to them about my order being slightly wrong and the manager was freaking awesome !! His name I do believe is mr.Voe . Amazing manger and got my order correct !!! Ofc after showing my proof mfs be tryna get free food and ish like that . So it was really no problem ! And I’ll definitely still come back . Give that man a raise !

I ordered last minute while I was In the parking lot. The call taker was courteous and efficient. When I walked in to pickup my order there was only one person ahead of me so I didnt wait long. I paid for my order and was told it would be just a few more minutes. Then the front person got busy answering calls and forgot I was there. The guys in the back were telling stories and laughing loudly. I looked up at the screen and observed that my food has been ready. I asked one of the guys in back to please hand me my order. He did so. My wait went from 15 mins to 45. Only bad part. My food was hot and delicious!

I placed an order for delivery around 7:30pm and got a call at 8:40pm saying that they don’t deliver in my area after 6pm, because of the driver’s safety. I live in a very safe area so I know the lady I spoke with was lying, but I did ask for a refund. Just note if it’s raining they’re not delivering lol. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The manager of the store is very rude. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DOMINOS EVER!!!! I went to this store about 5 minutes ago, and it was horrible. I followed the app. and it said my food was ready but when I got there and asked for my food I was told it was coming out the oven. Even though the app. said it was ready. After watching the manager put my pizza in the oven i was told it wasn’t mine!!! Then I waited another 10 minutes and my pizza still wasn’t ready. I asked for a refund after the cashier said it was ready and it wasn’t. The manager questioned me why I was canceling the order. I explained to him I was lied to about the pizza being ready. He got mad about my answer. When I told him his cashier flat lied which he heard her lie to me. I asked to speak to a manager and come to find out that’s who I was talking too. So I asked if I could speak to someone higher than him and the whole time the general manager watched the whole thing going on and asked me to leave. Unbelievable that they have managers and general managers like this. I guess this is why they are always hiring. He are pictures that show I didn’t lie. They didn’t even offer a credit or anything.
