I placed an order for carry out at 6:00 pm. It said it would be ready at 6:25 at the latest. I went in around 6:25. They knew nothing of my order. About 15-20 minutes later, I went back in and it was ready. It took nearly 45 minutes to get this gross disgusting pizza. The bubbles were so big. I also ordered extra cheese, yet you can clearly see a ton of sauce. I also ordered light sauce. This dominos is awful. Also, I work in customer service and am very hesitant to leave reviews, but this has happened to me multiple times at this location.

I placed my order at 6:49pm, the order was marked complete on the app at 8:00pm, but was not delivered. In order to receive my order I had to go pickup the pizza’s (over $60 order). The staff at the store was beyond rude and complained that they only had one driver so the delivery driver was waiting on NINE orders to be completed to launch the driver. By the time I got to the store at 8:15 the driver hadn’t even left yet. So I would have received an order I placed at 6:49pm sometime around 9:00pm. The pizzas I picked up were so clearly made an hour and change prior. They were not fresh and barely retained their heat and were of poor quality due to their time outside of a heating element. I was still charged for the deliver and the 15% tip I gave prior to the delivery service which I did not end up receiving. This was beyond poor management and miscommunication. If this can’t be resolved we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I don’t usually review but it has to be said. Pizza has barley any sauce or toppings, I also ordered chicken pasta it’s super dry barley any Alfredo sauce the noodles are super hard and the ends , if I’m paying 40 dollars for food I expect it to receive at least decent food. Management does not give concern when a mistake is made on the store’s behalf at the expense of the customer. I called back to the store to advise I was given an incorrect pizza (as the delivery guy instructed me to do) and was placed on an indefinite hold after i explained the reason for my call. No one came back to the phone. No called back to make it right. This is the 3rd bad experience with this store. At this point expecting good customer service from here is fleeting at best….even with tips!!

Where should I begin? I placed my order online, and it said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I sat in there parking lot until I received the notification that it was ready, and went inside to pay for it. I stood there for several minutes until someone waited on me, then was told that my order wasn’t ready yet, despite the notification saying otherwise. This leads me to believe they were telling the computer it was ready in order to prevent getting in trouble from corporate for moving so slow. Regardless, I let that go without saying anything. After arriving home and opening them, I was in disbelief. Our pizzas had little cheese on both of them. Some areas didn’t have ANY cheese on it. I ordered extra pizza sauce on my pepperoni pizza, and it barely had any on it. My fiances pizza was supposed to have garlic parmesan cheese sauce, and we couldn’t find any trace amount of it anywhere. Her pizza was so dry it was virtually unedible. We’ve gotten some bad pizza from there in the past, but this was probably the worst. She called the manager to discuss the problem, but the manager (Kathy) seemed like she was more concerned with shutting her up, than she actually was with correcting the problem. She obviously wasn’t listening to her, and offered to credit our account, then hung up. The Dominoes we visited in Elgin, SC is horrible! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody! It’s a wonder corporate hasn’t shut this location down yet. From now on we’ll drive twice as far for pizza hut. If I wanted this bad of a pizza, I would have saved my money and gone to Little Ceasars. Despite reaching out to the owner, and corporate, nothing is obviously being done about the manager and her employees not wearing face masks. One of the delivery drivers was SMOKING IN THE KITCHEN, and one of the kids making pizza was eating and drinking while making pizzas. This place violates county ordinances, and OSHA rules. Go somewhere else!

Hour and a half from order time. The amount of meat on the sandwiches wasnt even enough to call it a sandwich. Now they charge $5.99 delivery charge, and you still have to tip drivers. Service and quality of food doesn’t justify cost.
