I always have ordered from Papa John’s in the Rosewood community but I’ve been disappointed in service and the delivery of late. Tonight, I ordered from Domino’s and I was impressed! Each speciality pizza was so good especially the veggie. The pepperoni pizza for the kids was equally as good. We’ll be using them again!

the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Have ordered multiple times from here and delivery times are well over an hour so tonight decided we will just go pick it up so it will be faster. Well no it is not!! Still waiting. NO pizza. It has been almost 45 minutes since we ordered and I was told the pizza would be done 15 minutes and go and hear we still sit. I should have read the reviews. Horrible service! WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The pizza had bubbles everywhere. Cheese gaps,or lack there of. I paid for XTRA. & the hot wings sucked,& was soggy.The sauce was just poured on ¬ cooked in! So disappointed with all the money I spent. Trash. Finally got some help in the store and they still can’t get orders out. App gave me updates and alerted me that my order was ready. Gray haired lady clearly stated she saw my order in the system sooo where’s my food? She can yell at the one staff that my order isn’t there, but not yell and get the staff to make my order. A timed order at that. No one apologized or tried to rectify the situation. 0 out of 10. Do not recommend this location

Update: Downgraded to 2 stars. Management needs to get it together and hire another delivery driver. I live less than 2 miles away and for the last several orders, delivery has taken anywhere from 60-90 minutes. I don’t mind being patient but at least wait to cook my food until it’s ready to go out. My food is now arriving cold each time… not even warm. Calling and asking them nicely to not bring cold food doesn’t help. That’s a shame considering we order at least 2-3 times a month and I always tip at least 20%.

2nd time burned from this local store. Horrible customer service both times lied to over and over again. I deal with customers daily and honesty is always the best policy. Both times were told over and over food was on the way. Ordered this last time at 6:45pm and it arrived at 8:45pm. Just be upfront and honest and explain we are short staffed and if you want it sooner it may be best to pick it up. Instead of lying over and over again. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt from the 1st bad experience but we learned our lesson. Will never order from them again. And your manager should learn the word I’m sorry. If he had any grace it would help maybe have folks understand alittle better. Always be truthful

Ordered a pizza today to be delivered. Customer service over the phone was fine. She let us know that it would be 35 mins. That’s not bad at all since they’re 3 min down the street and I’m unable to pick it up. 50 mins later no pizza, no phone call, nothing. So I called to check on the order and the team member informed me that the pizza has “been done and sitting on the rack.” She also said it would be another 25-35mins before I would get it. She stated that they are short on delivery drivers. I’m giving 1 star because I should’ve been informed when I placed the order that it could be an hour or more and new they are short on drivers. They have my phone number, a courtesy call would’ve helped. Then why is the pizza just sitting on the rack?? Why not wait to make it? The order was canceled.

I called my order in. Was met at the door and spoken very friendly to by the young lady. She read my order out and took my money. I wasn’t allowed in. Maybe for security or Covid. My only issue was, my cheese bread had some yellow cheese on it too. I like mozzarella. Other than that . Great service.

First time ordering from this Domino’s..actually haven’t ordered from any Domino’s in a few years..got the Pasta Carbonara and the Chocolate Lava cakes EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS..the employees were so nice. I will definitely be eating at Domino’s a whole lot more now!!! And it’s only an 11 minute drive from my house!!
