This place blows. Waited forever for 2 pizzas and when I got home one of them had no tomato sauce at all, and the other one barely had any. Both tasted like cardboard. Is there a tomato sauce shortage? It’s never been GOOD pizza, but this was inedible. I’m done with this place.

Usually great pizza and hot when delivered. Unfortunately not the case last night. Our pizza was late being delivered, and it was cold and tasted awful. We tried to reheat it in the microwave but it just wasn’t the same. The tracking app showed it was supposedly on the way but also showed it sitting at the store for 10 minutes after it supposedly was on the way.

When I called to place my order, I was sent to an automated service (which I wasn’t impressed with but unfortunately, this is becoming the norm.) The automated service told me 20 minutes. When I arrived at this location 30 minutes later, I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. You could feel the tension, but it wasn’t their fault. Having been in F&B for 20+ years, I recognize to look of weeded chaos.. The only woman on the line was HUSTLING, and everyone else was moving at warp speed. When I came back in later to get my order, they were still weeded, and my heart went out to them. Their automated system was letting them down, and they were just having to get thru it. EASILY one of the friendliest and fastest pizza places I’ve ever had. We just moved out here a few months ago but have ordered carryout so many times. The pizza is always ready in less than 10 minutes ( BIG shout-out to the guy who was working there alone tonight and STILL had it done in under ten minutes, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE) and it’s always tasty and the staff is so kind. Pizza took over an hour to show up. When it finally did, it was barely warm and completely shriveled up. It took well over an hour to get anyone to pick up the phone. I got my money back plus a credit to my account, but what I wanted was a fresh pizza 3 hours ago. Extremely disappointed. They have a history of needing up my order, I will not be ordering from here again.
