Every part of this order is awful. The wings look like they were splotched with a Frank’s hot sauce bottle, and not even tossed. The medium pizzas are thin, crushed/folded, and cold. The tots are burnt black, literally, and somehow overcooked and cold. If this was a $25-30 order, whatever. No. This was over $50 of minimal effort menu items, and this is what my family and I expected to accept? What does the Dominoes app offer? Another shitty pizza or 20% another menu item that I’d have to spend more money on to receive yet another disappointing meal.

I ordered pizza today from this location. Ever since I was a kid, Domino’s has been my favorite place. But today was honestly shocking.
The guy adding the toppings wiped down the tables, wrung out the mop, took the trash out, and kept touching his hair the whole time. Then he came back and started adding toppings to my pizza and was also the one who cut it.
All of this without washing his hands or wearing gloves.
Honestly, I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it — I threw it in the trash. If I lived closer to this location, I would have contacted the health department and filed a complaint.
Where is the manager? Where is the person responsible for cleanliness?
If I don’t hear back, I have photos and I will be contacting the proper authorities.

Waited at the pick up window approximately 6-8 minutes, an employee looked many times but never acknowledged me or came over to verify my order/see if it was ready. Left and came back picked up my order inside at the counter. Order was wildly overtopped and not up to general dominos standards. Highly disappointed in service and food quality. Questioning if I will return.

Not having plates at a pizza place shows poor management or lying staff. I’m on a job site, not at home and need to feed my crew.
Only one guy was working and he was so busy. He had to send somebody away from the counter who was trying to place an order.

I ordered car side delivery, and I waited for 50 minutes and the order was still in prep. I went inside to check the status and there were several orders ahead of mine. They had not even started the order. The store was well staffed and not busy. I only saw one delivery pouch leave, and two other pickups cancelled and left ahead of me. The staff is lazy, and they need adult supervision. I cancelled the order, and I won’t be back.

This could have easily been a 1 star as their computer system was screwed up. I ordered through the app, the app told me it was ready for pick up. I walked in, they could see it in their system but it had not been sent to be made. I could tell the young manager was getting ready to be berated. Whats the point in that? They rely on national systems to work and when they don’t, they get the brunt which is completely unfair. He was professional, apologized and got the pizza going. It cost me 10 minutes and in the great scheme thats nothing. I hope the franchisee reads these and gives this staff a raise. They rectified a problem which was none of their doing and made a happy customer. Everyone should have to work in foodservice at some point so they know what it’s like. The team at this Dominos is chefs kiss!!!
