In the 6 months that we have lived here we have ordered from this location countless times, often with issues in the order. Over the last few weeks I have ordered from them at least once a week, usually a pickup order.

You wait hours for delivery. They don’t prep the pizza until their one delivery person returns. I had to call and pick up my order instead. This has happened four times. I will go to 7 Lakes Pizza from now on instead. The pizza is better and it’s made in a timely manner.

We love dominos but unfortunately at this location the manager “Tyler” doesn’t seem to be much of a people person. He is very rude and unhelpful. He made our pizzas and didn’t put the garlic butter on the crust like they are supposed to and after this happening multiple times now, I called to see what was up and requested our pizzas be remade. Not only did he not have enough respect to speak to me personally, but he refused to help at all or offer any sort of reimbursement. He just said I can get my garlic crust next time. We will definitely be making sure good old Tyler boy isn’t on duty before we order again.

The staff was polite and courteous and respectful. The store and bathroom were clean and organized and the food actually looked how it does in the advertisements. It wasn’t hastily thrown together and it didn’t look like someone sat on it. I ordered on 25 Aug 2021 at the location in Seven Lakes and Keith and Preston were working. Good guys with manners and that was refreshing in this day and age. Will return and will send friends and family here.

Placed order at 6pm. 1.5 hours later App still shows being prepped by Preston. Called the store and get ring no answer. Owner of this store is in over his or her head and has no idea how to run a pizza delivery place. Hire more people or stop advertising delivery within 30 minutes. I would cancel the order but can’t even get anyone to answer the phone.

I was charged for a salad I never received and was never credited back after contacting the store and was told I would be. On another date I placed an order at 6:30pm and was notified that my order was being check for quality perfection at 6:58pm, after an hour I called the store and was told they only had one delivery driver and it would be delivered in 20 minutes. After another 30 minutes I called the store and was told “your food is still here, I mean you can come get it if you want” by a careless teenager. When I arrived at the store my food was cold (from sitting there for 2 hours) and was never credited back the delivery charge. Will not be going to this store again.
