This was such an amazing experience! I love the option of picking the plate off the conveyor belt or ordering exactly what you want. The place was clean, everything was fresh, it was super quick, the variety of sushi was plentiful, the staff were amazingly helpful… I literally have nothing bad to say!

Great concept but didn’t quite deliver. The atmosphere was pretty cool. I thought it was fun with the plates coming to you in a conveyor and the robot serving drinks. Unfortunately, the time we went (around 3pm) they didn’t have many plates readily available and we found the selection slim. You had to order almost everything to come to you which resulted in pretty long waits for each thing you got. Also, the table service which was available when you needed assistance or to pay (since the self checkout wouldn’t work for us) was not the best and took a long time. If you go at a time where you can self serve and if you have the ability to self pay (spotty service for verizon) and if closer to a normal meal time, I think the experience would be better. We noticed at 5 pm when we were leaving the plates were hitting the conveyor more often and in more variety.

Took my 10yr old here for her birthday lunch and we had a blast. Staff was nice. Love the theme and new aged way of eating sushi. Highly recommend and will be visiting the place again real soon

Walking in and seeing a small robot passing by with drinks… Was surreal. Cyberpunk is here. An actual hostess sat me down in a booth. Beside me was a conveyor belt with everything on the menu that was small plates, sushi, and rolls, with a little card telling you what it is. Everything else you order off of a tablet. The robot brought me my green tea that I ordered. The food was delicious for what it was: Fast food sushi. I would come back for the fun experience of it. But it was a little pricey. And the fact that they force an 18% tip when a robot served me.

This was the very first time we came to dine here at Kura Sushi and I have to say that we loved it.

Fun experience to have to change things up. Food is fresh and really good. I recommend ordering from the menu as there is a wider selection of foods, not just sushi and it comes directly to you via conveyor belt. You can even order ramen.

Justine was awesome and the experience was amazing. The Servi robot was charming as well and just felt super futuristic. Delicious and fresh sushi and it’s worth the experience.

I liked all I ate today with my family. Only one thing I can complain is Udon and Ramen. The size of them was too small. Unlike Sush, I didn’t have any impression on Udon and Ramen.

Cool concept, the tonkotsu ramen was great and the small plates were good. Unfortunately, it would take a while for us to get something we wanted to try that wasn’t available to choose on the menu. We only saw a waiter once and when we pressed the button to call a waiter, no one ever came to our table. So no refill of our drinks. We also were told for 5 plates we would receive a price from the vending machine that is located at the top of our table. Nothing ever happened. Other than that, our daughter enjoyed the experience but could have been better.

A little slice of Japan in Orlando! Sure it’s a little pricey and not as authentic as a true sushi-go-round found in Japan, but it’s close enough. I really enjoyed all the options! There’s always a line and digital wait, so make sure to download the app before going.
