We love Kura sushi and have been coming to this location since it opened a few years ago and when plates were $3.30. With plates now costing $4.05, we have noticed the quality and portions have decreased, especially when you compare it to the picture right next to the food.
The snow crab rolls come with the tiniest pinch of snow crab and mostly rice. The kura roll comes with a very small piece of salmon on top and even less filling inside. Lastly, the spicy salmon crunchy roll was almost the same thickness of a chopstick (picture attached). Don’t get me wrong – everything tastes delicious still but the difference in quality and increase in price is very very sad.
We were super frustrated, but Zax was very kind and listened to our concerns. We were offered a manager but declined since the restaurant was so busy and we didn’t want to inconvenience anyone.
Again, we love Kura but we can’t really afford to keep coming here, especially since the portions are getting so much smaller.

Wow!! What a fun way to have an afternoon of sushi! We had such an amazing time. The restaurant was nicely decorated, the food was just phenomenal, the robot that brought our drinks was so cool! You dont have to wait to order food. You can just start picking out plates as they go by on the conveyor belt. We’ve been watching videos on you tube for a while now and are so happy to have experienced it first-hand. The variety of food is overwhelming but in a good way. This isn’t an all you can eat restaurant so the plates do add up but its worth the experience. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a great experience at Kura Sushi, and the food really stood out. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the variety made it easy to try several different rolls in one visit. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
My favorites were definitely the spicy popcorn shrimp roll, which had the perfect balance of heat and crunch, as well as the seared salmon and the seared salmon with miso cream cheese. Both salmon dishes were rich, flavorful, and melted in my mouth, with the miso cream cheese adding a smooth, savory twist. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and would definitely return to Kura Sushi again.

What an incredible and unique dining experience! This place absolutely delivered in every way. The conveyor belt design allows you to try foods you probably wouldn’t have ordered on your own, as well as providing a quick bite. It’s definitely a plus that you can order whatever you’d like, sushi, ramen, appetizers, etc, at the touch of a button. I love the robot that brings out the drinks, it’s so cute! The food quality is amazing, it’s so beyond delicious, and the server that comes around every once in a while is a great help. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had such a fun time here. Plates go around on a conveyor belt with different types of sushi. You get to pick which plate of food you want, or order on the menu. When you order drinks a sassy robot brings you the drinks. And when you order off the food off the menu it comes zipping down another conveyor belt. They charge you per plate that you take. The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. And there is even a little game you play to win a prize. A great find.

08/31/2025 @ 8:30 pm. Table 33. Drove here from Jacksonville because the last time I went to these was in New Jersey before my dad passed away. Thought this would be a great place to remember him by eating here with my son. We were sat in the booth towards end of the conveyor belt. No food for 10’s of minutes. People hording all the plates n junk. Ordered drinks on the screen. Hour went by, no drinks. The people who were sat 30 minutes after us got drinks. I pushed the call server button. Told him no drinks came out. He said bartender busy but will arrive soon. Ordered 2 cups of iced water. My son and I were about to pay the bill and the server asked how was everything. Told him, “Dude, I still didn’t get my water!” He apologizes then comes back and tells us that he had to manually program the robot cat to bring us water. Like that’s supposed to make it all better. Dude. When a customer asks for a drink, ESPECIALLY WATER, don’t take 10 minutes to find out what’s wrong with an excuse. Bring the customer a drink. He brings a box of prize balls and Told my son and me to go ahead and take as many as we like. That does NOT fix your incompetence. When I paid through the QR code, it asks me to leave a tip. Oh heck no. Why tip for NO SERVICE. What a terrible experience for honoring my deceased father. My son said he never wants to go back to this restaurant. I’m disgusted that they asked how everything was but took an hour towards the end of the meal to finally get drinks. I’m Asian and this place is an insult.

I’ve been to many Kurs’s and I typically order the same things. This location’s portions were less than half of others.
There was this really hard piece inside our California roll as well. A hard orange piece (not salmon) on it as well.
The ramen we ordered was mostly good, but also came with garlic crisps on top which isn’t in the ingredients.
The staff overall seemed nice, but the quality of food from this location is severely under the quality of others.

First time at kura and it was awesome. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly. It was cool to see the revolving sushi coming around to all the tables just crab what you want and eat away. The sushi was phenomenal fresh and rolled up so nicely. They also have ramen that you can order as well as a few other things other than sushi. The bathroom are really clean and they even have bidets if your onto those. All in all we thought the place was great. It was cool to slide your empty plate down this little shuts attached to the table into some flowing water. They also have a game if you eat 15 plates you get a Kirby price. Well definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend to anybody that I know. Sorry I didn’t take any photos of the food I was to excited lol.

Me & my friend came here randomly after an appointment not knowing what to expect & as soon as we walked in we were in awe. The place is gorgeous. Atmosphere is so chill. Theres a robot that brings you stuff (for us was drinks) that was a first for me so it blew my mind! lol. Sushi is sooo fresh & soooo delicious!!! The sushi & desserts 10/10! We are definitely coming back here. It was so worth it & so amazing. We cannot stop thinking or talking about this place! Love love loooooved it!
Also we were seated by a kind young server but youre mostly on your own. You order from the table off of a screen if you need to order something & you can choose to pay at the table as well. For us hermit crabs that dont like to bother the server much or much human interaction. This is a great place! & it was never a rush to hurry & eat & leave. Absolutely enjoyed every minute of this place! & they dont just have sushi they have Ramen too. We only had the sushi but the Ramen looked BOOOOMB!
