My husband and I ordered some pizza from Domino’s Pizza on S Horner yesterday April 13, 2023 between 3-5pm. The Pizza was so delicious we just about ate it all. The next day over we woke up and had the rest for Breakfast (I ate my pizza cold and it still tasted fresh, that’s how good it was). I had to call and thank the store for doing such a great job. The new Manager seemed very kind and appreciative. Thank you again Domino’s Pizza on S. Horner for pizza that taste like it was made with love and care.

I would NOT suggest using this place. Have been in numerous times, rude people working every time. I placed an order 5 hrs in advance, online, to be picked up at certain time. It was not, had to wait additional 15 mins. Dude didn’t even want to wait on me.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. They delivered the food to the wrong address. Then when I called to ask about my order they hung up on me 3 times. I called back 12-15 times and no one would ever answer the phone. The lack of customer service and professionalism is appalling. I’m a manager in sales and if my employees acted like this they’d be fired. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I drove down to the store and got a full refund. I will be keeping a check on my account to make sure every single cent is refunded. If I could give negative stars I would.

One steak and onion and one steak and pepperoni And got charged 19.49 a pizza because he said steak was the same as beef so there was no extra charge..
