I went in tonight to pick up an online app order. I spent time talking with the general manager Piper and the other sweet worker lady who I cannot remember her name for the life of me. They were very nice and had good conversations with me while I waited inside for the order. I really enjoyed talking with them even when I had to wait longer for a pizza. They were a bright spot in my gloomy day.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had from a Domino’s.
I ordered a delivery for a party two days in advance. The delivery time came and went, and there was no pizza anywhere in sight. After waiting over a half hour (and with the app was glitching out and wouldn’t give me an update) I decided to call and find out what was happening.
I attempted to call the store seven times and kept getting hung up on or thrown back to the beginning of the automated system. When I finally got an answer, the man that picked up decided to put in his application for the Biggest Knobhead of the Year award. He very rudely informed me that they were short staffed, but that it wasn’t their fault that it was late. How this makes any logical sense to a sane human being is beyond me, as it is absolutely the fault of the business if it cannot fulfill an order when promised. He then went on to say that I would still need to pay for my order when it arrived, as if I hadn’t already paid them when I initially placed the order two days before. He then gruffly hung up the phone.
At the very least, the delivery driver was extremely polite and apologetic for the entire experience, and when the pizza finally did arrive (almost 50 minutes late) it was still warm. But based on this experience, I will never be ordering from this location again until I am guaranteed that they have learned proper business practices and good customer service.

Ordered A pizza using the online app. While placing the order at the checkout phase, the system timed out due to a network error. I checked my bank account immediately afterwards and was charged for the pizza. I called the store and had a hard time getting an actual associate. I finally was able to speak to someone and they told me to call my bank because they don’t have record of my order. Instead of apologizing for the error, They took no responsibility and secure less that I was out $20. This location has terrible customer service .

Placed an online order and arrived 20 minutes later only to be told that they hadn’t even started making the pizza. Things like this are a very common issue at this restaurant. If you want good pizza in a reasonable time frame I recommend you avoid this particular dominos or risk being very disappointed.

I enjoy getting my pan pizza from here because of how crispy it can be! There’s nothing more I love than coming in to pick up my hot fresh pan pizza after a hard day.
The front of the house staff always look out for me and check if I might need drinks or sauces. It makes me feel like I might own the place in a way LOL

Restaurant is constantly clean and staffed with polite and highly professional workers.
Anytime I’ve ordered, I’ve had great experiences with both delivery drivers and insider counter workers.
Edward is constantly my driver and he always accommodates my needs even if running behind. I spoke on the phone with a young woman that I recognize as Jessica from when I come in and she’s really amazing.
I will continue to get my food from here even if they seem to run short on staff occasionally.
