UPDATE: The owner got back to me and credited me the points so I could get free subs to make up for it at a location close to home. I really appreciate the customer service!!!
I ordered online last Friday and yesterday. Friday the sandwich wasn’t even close to correct so I put more detailed notes yesterday and it still was far from correct. The worst experience I have had. Apparently you have to order in person and watch them make it because the employees don’t read well.

Really gone down hill lately. Second time this happened on a weekend. Staff offered me a fork to move the cheese around Terrible service – avoid and go to any other jersey Mike location.

Pains me to write! This has been our go-to JM’s for years! We love the folks there, friendly, respectful and professional. Lately, our subs have not been as on point to their standards. We would have never seen this in past. IMO, get back to details that made you the best! Make it like you would want it served, do better! Nothing worse that getting home and your sub is a mess! Drowning in oil to the point you have to…… well you know the drill!

This is my favorite Jersey Mike’s location the team is amazing there..I been eating here for 6 years now..the staff is always accommodating and one time my sandwich was made wrong and the Manger brought me another sandwich so I would not miss lunch that day!!! I just wanted to say thank you!!
