Mathew the employee/cook I meet today was really cool, he made my pizzas and when I got home and opened the box of fresh hot pies , it was great , on point , fresh and he has great customer service . I have had very bad experiences here before and I’m glad this guy is here tonight when he made my delicious pizzas .

Ordered pizza from this location on February 21 and some how they charged my card 3 times. And it’s still pending. Tried calling them and going online to resolve it and had no luck. Almost 90 dollars locked up and can’t get any help getting it released. Told me to call my bank . My bank said it’s domino’s fault. Did I mention that I never got a pizza or apology from anyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone go to Pizza Hut

The day after our Big winter snowstorm guess who’s open that’s right Domino’s. I want to write this review for a few reasons one very thankful that the store opened is the only place in Lexington open that we could find , second the staff were very friendly, third they prepared the food right in front of us and even though they were busy, they continued to have a great attitude working hard making sure everybody’s orders were fulfilled. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of this bunch of guys that worked today, February 1, 2026, which is my husband’s birthday and they got everything right thanks guys

I recently ordered from this location again bc they hands down have the best wings. But this particular time they didn’t get my order, per my call in specifications. I always have my Wings cooked 2x’s to make sure they’re done but not burnt. These however were ashy, and I could almost see the muscular system. I also ordered 2 salads in which the lettuce was brown. I contacted them immediately. I had the privy to speak with a member of the mgmt team…”WILL”. He was awesome. He apologized first, then he took true hierarchy initiative and corrected the issue. Had it not been for Will, and his etiquette of managerial skills, I would not be a returning customer after all of these years.

These guys were super busy on a Saturday, my Large pizza took about 40mins to be done.
They need to be more aware of the food, they have cross contamination. My pizza had a few small pieces of mushrooms and pineapple which I didn’t want in it.
The pizza was good tho.

I ordered online for delivery and once the pizzas were cooked I received a call from dominoes. They told me that even though the website let me order delivery, that I was actually out of their delivery range and they would be canceling my order and refunding me within a few days. I asked if there was any way they would be willing to still bring the pizzas since they had already prepared them instead of throwing them out and it was a system error and no fault of mine, but they said no. So they threw the 3 large pizzas away and refused delivery. I’m very disappointed they aren’t able to make this right and at the amount of waste.

Any time I try and order online, they take my money and then don’t give me a confirmation code or make my pizza. I tried to call for a refund and it says there is a connection issue. I call corporate, no help. They tell me to call the store I ordered at. Thanks, Domino’s!
