We had an uncomfortable experience today. While one employee was kind, another employee made faces toward us and responded with attitude when we asked about strawberry purée. One of our drinks was also made incorrectly, and isn’t the first time. When we called back, the supervisor apologized but dismissed part of the concern by saying she didn’t see the behavior. We were hoping acknowledgment and better costumer service.

This property is very spacious, with an abundance of seating, both inside and outside. Staff are helpful and go the extra mile (brought my drink to my table). The Quality of the product is on par with the rest of the locations in this franchise, which means that it is excellent. Google-sponsored, free WiFi is very nice as well.
