The manager is great. The food however just isn’t so great. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and their new steak and cheese tots. The pizza just wasn’t up to par with some other pizza restaurants and the tots just weren’t what they are cracked up to be. This isn’t the Manager’s fault. These are obviously recipes from the corporate level which is out of his control.

Ordered 2 pizzas for carry out. Got home and 1 is incorrect…no meat, extra veggies that were not requested, and wrong crust. Upon calling the store, we were passed between 2 people who repeated what we said several times and still could not understand what the issue was. They would not deliver for any reason. Had to drive back to get a new pizza, which now makes the correct pizza cold.

Place a order for my daughter at her early college school in Troy , driver give the pizzas to another student the person call a “Manager “ female never tell me her name was rude and very unprofessional saying was my daughter fault she wasn’t outside waiting for the order , and the driver claim no extra pizzas he give the order to all the students. It’s like so she said he said and nothing is fix . We end with no lunch for my daughter and extra $30.00 dls charge in my account.

Based off one experience. Pizza may be good I’m not sure. Attempted to place an order for as close to opening as possible for a high school function. I asked when would the order be available, and was informed that sometimes they have orders placed in advance so there were not sure. I then asked them to check and see if any orders were already placed and I was told no. When I asked if they could be ready for pick up or delivery around 10 after 11 they all of a sudden had 2 big orders that they had forgotten about. Seemed to me they just didn’t want to mess with it. Again, place may be good but customer service not so much

Was stranded Infront of a store waiting for a ride and seen a delivery driver pull up and when I tried to get her attention to ask what time do they close so I can call and order something the girl was very obviously ignoring me and drove off then when I call the store the man was extremely rude and hung up on me.
