Stopped in around 9:45 Wednesday 4/9/25 and ordered a triple combo. The first sandwich received was made incorrectly. I waited another 5 minutes, figured with the wait I would get a sandwich that was correct and fresh. That is far from what I received, I got a sandwich with two regular patties and two junior patties which by smell and looks had been on the grill for quite some time. I took them to the counter and spoke with the manager who said his name was Dakota and he replied they were fresh and had only been on the grill for 5 minutes. After some back and forth it was clear I was wasting my time and he asked if I wanted a refund. I replied yes that would be great. Hi response was that giving a refund would be easier for him. Easier to give a refund than serve fresh food?? Wow, was my thought.

My kids father and I was just there at 1:54pm on 11/11/2025. We got a biggie bag each. We had gotten home and realized that his whole crispy chicken sandwich was gone. Who messes up that bad? I finally had gotten no cheese on my blt crispy sandwich, but everytime we get food here, something is messed up. I did try to call many times after we got home but NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! Why have a phone if you cannot answer it? No crispy chicken sandwich and no answer to the phone call. What a bad experience.

Worst Wendy around. Never has potatoes., always short staffed. Orders constantly wrong. I went to the drive through today and 3 different people talked to me, no wonder the order messed up. I asked for a baked tater and got a “no we don’t have any” very rude. Then ordered an asigo chicken sandwich and didn’t even get bacon. Everytime I go here something sucks.

I mean … normally don’t eat tons of fast food but Wendy’s usually offers premium products so i don’t mind paying extra for their stuff. This on the other hand is just pathetic. Where the lettuce? Barely warm and carelessly prepared. Our $27 order went 90% to the trash.

Never seen a drive thru so slow, sat behind 3 cars for over 20 minutes and they only got one vehicle through. And they only take one order at a time, I sat at the radio for over 5 minutes and nobody took my order so I left and canceled my mobile order.

Ordered a Dave’s double and asked for onion and mayo, only got onion and mayo that’s it. Went back and asked for a new burger for them to do the same thing! Even said at the window I wanted the burger with extra onion and mayo, if you’re confused ask! Dude at the window was pretty cool though, just irritating being I live 15 minutes away and drove back for what I already got!

Went at 9:30pm and got a Dave’s single and a medium fry both were cold as could be. Went back and said very nicely if I could have fresh fries that mine were cold and gross and that was before I knew the burger was the same. Got a guy with the biggest attitude and clearly was just trying to pick a fight because he was bored and had his whole body leaning out the window saying “so what’s the problem” “ what do you want” “whats wrong with it” repeating with a mono tone. When we spelled it out 3 times to him like he was five years old in the kindest way possible. When the person behind him handed him a bag and then he stopped and we left to find the exact same fries that were cold and disgusting. As if the issue was that I didn’t have enough cold, gross fries. Right just give me more like that makes sense instead of making new fries. Then we went to the McDonald and got new fries and that was great till I realized my burger was just as cold and gross I just had it wasted over $10 for what shitty food and a attitude.

Would be 0 stars if possible! Waited inside for 30 mins for my food. At 25 mins I asked what was up, and the manager wouldn’t even come to the counter. Sent an idiot who had excuses!
When she finally walked over, she couldn’t even apologize for my wait!

My husband ordered 4 bacon cheeseburgers a fry and a baked potato. Asked for butter and extra sour cream. Got where we were going to dis cover no napkins,no butter, no silverware and one sour cream. Im doing a review cause this is not the first time Wendy’s has done this

I have always had the greatest service there and food is good. However this last time I was not satisfied. Food took forever to be done. Then qhen I opened my food and tried it, it had wilted lettuce and very mature tomato, it tasted as if it was okd food reheated. Not sure if that was the case but the lettuce was not in good fresh condition. I was disappointed.
