I mean … normally don’t eat tons of fast food but Wendy’s usually offers premium products so i don’t mind paying extra for their stuff. This on the other hand is just pathetic. Where the lettuce? Barely warm and carelessly prepared. Our $27 order went 90% to the trash.

My fiancé and stopped at Wendy’s evening and it was probably the worst experience I have ever had. I understand it gets busy and some places are short staffed, but not to be acknowledged when you enter an establishment and left at the counter for 5 minutes or so. Finally decided to order online before someone finally decided to want to even take our order. Then when our food was ready just put the tray on the counter I asked if our was all set. The lady said yes and walked away with not even a sorry about the wait….nothing. I don’t mind waiting for food when a place is busy, but at least acknowledge me standing at the counter. Just something like I will get to you as soon as I can we are pretty busy.

Went today and ate! Food was typical Wendy’s, but the dining area had someone’s laptop,clothes,boots, and other items at one of the tables! Looked like a homeless person was staying there! Disgusting for a dining area!! Another area had kitchen items and a Wendy’s hat on it. Not items that should be in the dining area!

I live 40 miles north of bay city and this is my favorite Wendy’s ! The cashier is always amazing and he’s so happy to do his job ! It’s great to see people come to work with a smile and happy to be there … thank you for always treating me great ! Kevin deserves Wendy’s worker of the year !
