For my main course, I had a burger that completely met my expectations. My husband, as always, ordered the Chicken Piccata, which never disappoints. Great service, reasonable prices, and consistently good food — we’ll definitely keep coming back
Will definitely be back.
GREAT JOB, THANK YOU!
There were four of us. One person ordered a personal pizza to go, while the other three planned to sit at the bar and order drinks. When the pizza was ready, he walked over to the bar to eat while we ordered. He was immediately told—very rudely—that he was not allowed to eat the pizza because it was ordered as takeout.
We politely asked if we could move to a table so he could eat his pizza while it was hot. The staff was completely uncooperative and said no, without offering any alternatives or solutions. No options were given at all. As a result, that person—who had already paid for food from this restaurant—had to leave and eat somewhere else because he was hungry, while the rest of us stayed behind. This alone ruined the experience for our group.
When we asked to speak to the manager, hoping to resolve the situation, the conversation was just as frustrating. The manager asked, “So what would you want me to do for you?” When we turned the question back and asked what he could do to help or improve the situation, his response was essentially that he was “just there to listen.” No solutions, no alternatives, no effort to turn the experience around.
That is unacceptable. A manager’s role is to lead, resolve issues, and improve the guest experience—not stand by passively with no ideas or accountability. At no point did he attempt to help, accommodate, or even acknowledge how poorly the situation was handled.
To make things worse, another waiter later told us that eating at a table would have been allowed as long as we had plates. If that was an option, why was it never presented to us? The lack of communication, consistency, and basic problem-solving was shocking.
Overall, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to work with us, and the manager was completely ineffective. What should have been a simple visit turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. We left feeling unheard and unwelcome and will not be returning.
While we were eating, I politely asked for a small bowl of water for my dog. I was told this was not allowed. The server kindly checked with the manager again, came back, and apologized several times, but explained that the manager had clearly refused.
I can understand not allowing dogs on the chairs or seating. Not all pets are as well-trained, and some guests may feel uncomfortable. I fully respect that.
However, I genuinely cannot understand the refusal to provide a small bowl of water for a living being. The food and overall hygiene were very good, but denying water to a dog unfortunately outweighs those positives for me.
