Went in to get my order. Had the deal for 19.99 and it came with a drink. So bc they didn’t have any drinks they wanted to charge me $30. Not my fault you don’t have drinks. I told him to put the drink back on there and I would pay for it just for the deal. Very rude and unprofessional. Told me I was wrong. The manager came over and didn’t say a word to me. I came over to papa John’s & got better food for cheaper.

I’ve use this Domino’s several times getting large orders for my work place, but tonight I get a small personal order and they burnt my pizza. I’ve worked in food so I was not bent out of shape just called to get it fixed, and the manager was kinda rude saying she could give me a credit for $8, and that’s what I paid for it, but I got it with a coupon and if I just get the pizza that was burnt the pizza cost $13. She said that was all she could do and her tone made it sound like she was very uncaring like I was bothering her with the issue they caused.

Just had a bad experience. I ordered online for delivery pizzas 3, 14 piece chicken wing, and twist. Paid an added tip as well. The chicken had a toxic taste and one didnt even look like chicken. However, a driver brought $11.00 in cash back and I was asked to give the wings back. Which i did and I took pictures incase anyone that eat the chicken gets sicker.

I ordered on July with my card for carry out with my buddies name on the order. I paid $34.66 for the order but shortly after got a call saying they couldn’t deliver due to no driver. We said that was fine and wanted a refund, they said in two days I’d receive it but never did. I called after the two days and they said wait two more days and if we haven’t received my refund they would do it as cash refund. I wait two extra days making it four business days and still nothing. I went up there today and was told to keep waiting….. It’s been four business days and two weekend days. They don’t want to refund ANYONE! I’m already in contact with corporate for this. This store needs new management ASAP!

Pizza was cut so poorly that it didn’t even go through the crust. This has been a repeat offense. The sauce and cheese was applied very sparingly. Pizzas were also dark on the top. Quality has gone down greatly over the last couple months.

Chandler the driver took an hour and ten minutes to deliver the pizza after leaving store. we are half a mile but working, and regret not getting a better pizza locally. Anton or Quinton, (Chandler said the managers) were either not answering, or answering and putting on hold with out letting a word as to why you were calling. after being put on hold for 10 minutes or more ( initially to cancel and go elsewhere) I gave up. I will take up with credit card company. The owners need to tell the managers to answer phone, explain they are behind, or allow to cancel. not basically hang up on the caller.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the pizzas are great, but the timing is terrible. Other times our pizzas are in terrible shape. Not cut properly, cheese slid in to the box. One big mess. Several times we’ve been told we have no delivery drivers. Once we were told dominos was not just a delivery pizza place. That’s literally what they are. Anyway. It is Mocksville, we have few choices for delivery. It will do. Also $5 delivery fee plus tip is outrageous, but that’s on the franchise.
