Arrived after notified it was ready and was told the pizza had to be remade with no explanation. Was told it would be 7 minutes. Curbside was ordered and after waiting 15 more minutes, went on and they had it sitting out, ready. No apologies, explanation, nothing. Ridiculous !

I never even got my pizza. I got a text saying my order was ready so I went to pick up. I was the only customer in the building and the person working ignored me standing there and proceeded to answer the phone several times and make pizzas instead of giving me my order. I stood there for 10 minutes while he walked back and forth in front of me grabbing things from the back and making orders. When I asked him for my pizza he said sorry I have to make these first. I replied you have to make those first instead of helping a customer standing in front of you? And he said yes and continued making the pizza. Horrible customer service! You should ALWAYS help the customer standing in front of you before anything else! I left with no pizzas!
