I don’t think $14 is worth it. They give you a ton of fries and a huge drink. But the meat in the slider is so small compared to the bread. The flavor was really good. But I’d prefer a medium drink and a smaller portion of fries in exchange for a slightly bigger patty. We ended up not eating all the bread because it was just too much. If you are trying to get a cheaper fast food option, just go somewhere else. But if you’re willing to pay for sit down restaurant prices, then Smalls will do.

The best food ever, fills you up for $17, so worth it. And Kollin is so energetic! I’m a usual customer, and it’s great to see someone that works there when I come up to the window! Small Sliders is one of the best “Smalls” chain, YOU GET WHAT I DID THERE? But 5/5 from me!

I’ve been to Smalls several times. The food is always fresh and hot, and the service is always great. I ordered through their app and picked up from the drive thru. My order was ready but it was cold. I thought maybe because it was already prepared while I was waiting in the drive thru line, nope. It was just cold—the cheese was not even melted on the burgers and the fries were cold. The drink was great though . Not sure if I’ll be going back. I was very disappointed.

Couldn’t believe how good the burgers were. Their new Ing Cake shake was amazing!!! Everything tasted so fresh and I have seasoned waffle fries was just icing on the cake… Plus they have nugget ice like sonic!!!!

Went in at 3pm one car in front of me took my order but while taking my order every time I said what I wanted the cashier kept saying is that is ..is that is? I explained I want done and to call my order back to make sure it was correct..he did very rudely and I paid handed my card back and waited at the window over 5 mins for my food to come out when my food came out my queso and straws was missing so I kindly asked for straw in which I was given one milkshake straw for 3 drinks I waved and blew my horn nobody came back to the window so I drove off no straws to drive my drink with good thing I was headed home but my daughters now have drinks no straw it’s not about the straw it’s about the poor customer service Kollin and the manager (who didn’t give me her name) showed this is suppose to be fast food so it’s supposed to be convenient. This is my 3rd time visiting and will be my last cuz the service sucks I’m nt sure while the car in front of me waited 5 mins as well as me waiting when all is served is sliders I understand freshness but that was a while to be waiting and it wasn’t even the busiest time of the day. Very u satisfied with the customer service. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

This is a cute burger stop with a cool concept. However, our service was terrible (not acknowledged, received the wrong drink). Burgers were meh at best, chocolate milkshake was unremarkable. It was chilly the day we went and it’s outside seating only so not the best. There are way better places to get a burger in Lake Charles.

Went through the drive thru today around 330p. Three vehicles ahead of me, ordered combo 2 and combo 3 NO cheese on BOTH combos ( I said it 3 times no cheese on the sliders) plus add 2 smauce and queso. Took a very long time to actually get my order, only to get home with the wrong order and missing items. Mind you it was not busy and the looooong wait you would think it would have been correct. Called the number to get a voicemail -left a message. I live 25-30 minutes away. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this as I paid for what I ordered and did not get it…do not waste your time at this place!!

Quality control was the major issue on my recent visit. I have tried this location in the past when it first opened and had nothing short of a great experience. This most recent visit however showed that there now seem to be quality control issues. I ordered sliders and received 1 with a bug sat right on top the bun – not sure how this was missed (see photo). To top it off the milkshake I ordered tasted like spoiled milk. The only upside was the service.

The food here is AMAZING! I love the buttered buns, and the queso. I also adore the shakes. Def my fav! The young man working the window, Kollin, truly had the best customer I’ve seen in a long time. I highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for something quick and tasty!
