I live a block from this Caribou and stop there at least once a day. There is one particular girl that works at the window that is extremely rude and has the worst customer service I have ever had to stomach for a coffee. I work in customer service and because of her alone I will drive out of my way to a Starbucks instead! I have had several encounters where this same girl has been rude because she got our drinks wrong and it’s unacceptable! There was something nasty on my daughter’s cup and she laughed! Unacceptable! Put her in the back where she doesn’t have to work with the public! They need to stop asking for a tip before we get our drinks! I don’t recommend this location to anyone!

Mom picked up her free drink. It was quick and our barista is friendly and helpful deciding which drink mom wanted to try. I would recommend.

Ordered my drink 10 minutes before I arrived, wasn’t ready when I got there, so I asked if they had an order for mobile order with my name- she rudely said it’s coming. I waited for another 10 minutes before she acknowledged me again.. I was the only one standing there, it was around 2pm, so they were not busy.. finally she rudely told me to go to the cashier to the re-order my drink. Showed the cashier my mobile order with the app, and they finally made my drink. 15 minutes after arriving at the store, and 25 minutes after I had made the order online. Not a single apology, not a single acknowledgment of their mistake. Not even a smile when I was handed the coffee. Will not be going to this location.

It’s always a lovely experience when I stop for a coffee at this Caribou!
The site is lovely, the staff are fast and always kind and friendly, the products are tasty.
The main change that could make it even better is if the corporate side of things paid better and was less “evil overlord”.

Highly impressed with this cute little location! I’m exclusively a Caribou woman and beyond thrilled how close it is to my house!! I was on a time crunch and the line in drive thru had a good size line but those girls were so good and efficient my wait time was about 5 minutes from ordering to receiving!! That made me actually ahead of schedule, which solidified the fact I will keep going here for my Campfire & Turtle Mocha Coolers! Not to mention how cute the building was! Ya don’t really see too many walk-ups anymore these days! I definitely recommend trying this location! Thank you for the yumminess!!!

The women that work here are kind and courteous and always smiling. I love the coffee here and the fruity drinks such as the sparkling tea! I like how the flavors in their products are made with natural ingredients. I feel great instead of worn down after I eat or drink there. I wish I could come more often and the prices were a little lower. That’s the only downside. Have a great day!
