I have not ordered from Domino’s in years. But ,after my kids begging for Domino’s I decided to try again. I was impressed by the time. They were so fast and my carrier Yamen was on point with locating my difficult address. The Manager was very transparent in letting me know its not always this slow so my order may take longer on certain days. Just his upfront honesty (which is rare nowadays) further prompted me to post a review. Today is Mother’s Day and I am dog sick. Domino’s came in handy for my family tonight. I am able to lay back down now that my family has been fed. In short this location uas my vote and renewed my faith in the brand. Great Job you guys. Thanks again Yamen . As for other reviews, for years now most fast food delivery has not accepted bills over $50 so that’s on them to still try not Domino’s and I’m not sure why 2 ppl decided to rate and blame this location for nails in their tire. Too many people with nothing to do but complain over minor things. With people being lazy and not qanting to work nowadays suave Covid. I’m happy to be able to still sit home and have my food delivered. If people do not come to work don’t fault the establishment for being closed because if UT remained opened and worked short staffed and orders take an hr or more then you would complain and rate low still. This is a great delivery place. Located in one of the busiest spots in Roanoke. 5 stars all day.

Driver couldn’t find my house with GPS after 3 years of delivery to the same address. Liam called but wouldn’t listen to my directions. He was more interested in canceling my order. Called the store twice with my concern about the delivery. Last person I spoke to said my delivery would be rerouted. Fonally got my oder delivered by someone other than original driver. Definite not great srrvice!

This is ridiculous I just order this pizza and this is how it was delivered! Not to mention the pizza I ordered last night was FREEZING COLD the customer service here has went down even with the shortage of workers that should not change the quality! Did I mention the delivery driver just left the pizza on my porch did not ring the door bell or anything! Then I called and spoke to the manager who stated the driver was speeding and when he made a turn this was the outcome of my pizza!

Ordered at 937 pm. Order prepped at 939 pm. Tracker says 50 to 60 minute delivery time. At 1030 pm my order had still not been placed in the oven. I call just to see when I can expect it as I’m trying to feed my kids dinner. I could hear the attitude in the lady’s voice a soon as she answered the phone. Completely sarcastic tone. Was told it would be 20 more minutes before my order even went into the oven. I ask if they are backed up or what and she gets very nasty with her attitude about only having 2 drivers and HANGS UP ON ME. I call back and the manager answers who is polite but sounds like a robot and right off the bat says delivery times are 2.5 hours out. Maybe the website should say that when ordering and then you won’t have people calling and asking about their order and you won’t have to hang up on customers…looking at other reviews it seems this place hangs up on people a lot. Do not recommend this place.
