Once upon a time you could get decent food here. No more. We ordered from this store because my grandson wanted to try the loaded tots (they’re new). What a mistake. I’m attaching a pic of both the loaded tots and a pizza that I ordered with a thin crust. I’m assuming all the black pieces in the tots was the bacon charred beyond recognition….horrible. The pizza was burnt all the way around. This is the very LAST time I will order anything from this Domino’s. I’m also going to complain to corporate and post this awful food on social media under the “I’m never going to eat here again” header.

Pizza was overcooked and hard, all 8 sodas were WARM, the “specialty chicken” was disgusting (and definitely not worth $6!) and it took over an hour to get. The delivery driver was kind though, that’s the only positive I have.

Lately, the service has been horrible. More than 2 hours of wait, and they don’t even have the decency to call or let you know that your order hasn’t been made ir the driver forgot the food, even though the app says it was delivered. Not the first time we are having problems like this.

This place is just terrible. Ordered 8 pizzas for my kids birthday and 4 of them the kids wouldn’t eat. They had enormous bubbles on them, literally 3/4ths of the pizza were bubbles and zero toppings. Called to speak with the manager and after a few minutes he said he’d credit me 4 pizzas. Called back 2 weeks later and the lady on the phone said there was nothing on my account. No problem, not her fault asked to speak to the manager. I was then placed on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up and called back. Same woman, who said sorry there is no credit, they are busy and to call back tomorrow. Explained I was looking to feed my family tonight and the woman was just silent. I finally told her to have the manager call me back… and I am still waiting. Won’t order from here again. How the below pizza can even leave the store is inexcusable.

It would be nice if whoever (looking at you, teenagers with poor attention to detail) reads the orders pays attention to the details like, “light cheese” and “extra sauce.” That’s what I always order, and yet, I only receive it half the time. To make it worse, they sometimes put light sauce as well. I’ve been letting it slide, but today I also didn’t receive 2 20oz bottles of coke, and was told to call back in a day since I wanted a refund instead of a store credit. Manager said they didn’t have coke, because the truck hadn’t delivered yet. I have no reason to not believe her, so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt, and assume it’s outside her control. I don’t mean to be rude, but I would just like to get what I pay for, especially since this isn’t exactly cheap pizza. I appreciate what you do – just do it better please.

Ordered for delivery for a party, they informed us they don’t deliver that far and we would need to come in. I came in and the manager apologized for the inconvenience, he showed me my voided payment and he also gave us a free liter of soda for the troubles. Very friendly.
