A small but pretty restaurant in Edmonds. The food is clean, delicious, and the atmosphere is good. And the service was very friendly.

PHENOMENAL Caribbean restaurant, their Oxtail Poutine is hands down some of the best oxtail I’ve ever had, and their Jerk Chicken is AMAZING as well! The Curry Goat just melted in your mouth! The service was quick, and our
waitress was incredibly kind! 10/10 will visit next time I return to WA

Quiet on a Thursday at 5:30, but the bar got a bit busier later. Seems like a nice local hang out; intimate, space with a parking lot for a handful of cars, otherwise, it’s nearby street parking. Pretty close to the ferry too if you’ve got time, so that’s convenient.

The baratta and jalapeño cornbread were amazing. A couple of the many small plate options on the menu to chose from. For the entree, scallops were small and minimal considering the price. The dish was primarily a bed of kale, but really flavorful and perfect level of spicy – sauce was yummm and made the kale (wasn’t just kale, FYI, but a lot of it), so much more enjoyable. Friend had the coconut prawns, said they were good (ate them all, so I assume she enjoyed them). Garlic fries she ordered were delish.

As for the cocktails: Havana which was interesting (maybe not what I was expecting), but refreshing. Was too “thick” for a cocktail IMO, enjoyed the spicy margarita more. Would go back to try other dishes to make a final assessment. Service was great and attentive. Even watched the server help this sweet old fella with a cane to the door (who was a regular). Bet this place is great in the warmer months, as they’ve got a nice windowed section in the front that let’s in lots of sunshine.

Delicious food! We got the beef patty, jerk pork loin, and pepper beef stew. It was all delicious. My favorite was the pork, but everything was amazing. The portions were large (2 whole loins). We called ahead for takeout and they said they don’t normally do takeout on Friday/Saturday evening but they accommodated us since they weren’t too busy. Thanks!! Amazing food and great service 🙂 will be back for sure

I was in line for the ferry with my 11 yr old and we had 45 mins to wait so we walked over to this restaurant and Im so glad we did and I’m grateful they are kid friendly. My first time having jerk chicken- it was really good! My only recommendation is for them to come up with a couple unique desserts, that would be cool.

Took my husband here for his birthday. The food and service were exceptional, and the presentation was very impressive. For the prices, the servings are worth it and you will have leftovers. We were already talking about when our next visit will be. Plus, excellent and affordable mocktails, which I always appreciate. I would recommend to anyone.

Wow!! What a place. We stumbled upon this gem after a bad experience at a different restaurant. The hostess was incredibly nice. She got crayons and stickers for my son (plus later a bendy straw for his water!!). Our waitress was so nice and attentive. All of the food and drink were great. Very happy we stopped in!! 🙂 I recommend the key lime pie drink and the Jamaican beef patty!

Delectable! We had the jerk pork loin (the star of the nigh imo), the jerk half chicken, beef stew and the pineapple veggie curry. The jerk spices were spot on. It was a bit of a wait for our food for a table of 5 but absolutely worth it.
The waiter was very attentive and friendly. It was quiet enough that we could converse without yelling (a rarity now it seems).
We hope to return soon.

We went around 11:30 AM thinking we would get a lunch menu, but it happens that it’s brunch menu until 2 PM. Still went ahead and ordered the calypso toast, the jerk sandwich and steak and potatoes along with the wings. The jerk sauce which comes with the wings had a different taste and was good. The wings was little bland for our taste. The potatoes which came with steak wasn’t liked by my wife but otherwise everything else was good. They also had a pina colada virgin! The ambience was good and so was the service. Would definitely visit again for the dinner menu.

Restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere. Cornbread was hearty with butter, the seasoned fries with habanero aioli with little parmesan cheese. Coconut prawns were good but quite less in quantity. Rasta pasta with its awesome jerk cream sauce was loaded with flavorful vegetables. However, the standout dish for me was the curried goat; it was delicious. Drinks were amazing. This place also has happy hours, even on weekends. Overall, it was a great place to dine for both dates and family gatherings, albeit with not a lot of parking space.
