Let me just say when the drive thru window opened I was very concerned. Huge AC vent was damaged, falling down, and covered in mold. Staff however was nice, friendly, and service speed was fair. Food was delicious. Would have easily been a 5 star rating if I wasnt concerned about cleanliness.

We ordered 12 krystals, no pickles, cheese on half of them. Husband ask them to make them Fresh. Got our order and they were cold and had pickles. I walked up to walkup window. Told her they were Cold. We ask for fresh and hot. I Stood outside waiting in cold while they took care of 3 more vehicles in line. I did get upset. I ask for money back I didn’t even want the krystals at that point. After arguing with me she finally gave me the money back. They cant use the excuse of short on help because of Covid. They had plenty of help because I saw several in building. Just bad business and bad service. Don’t argue with customer after giving them cold food and pickles they ask to leave them off. Several times in past we received hard buns and meat that taste so bad we threw it out. We live to far off to carry them back in past and never complained. Thank goodness this time I checked them before we left. We do not eat out often. Husband has cancer and wanted krystals. No more for us. Bad attitude and food. Our food should of been corrected before fixing anymore orders. They don’t even deserve one star.

Visited the drive thru and got eight Krystals and fries. We were not disappointed, the burgers were piping hot, fresh off the grill and the fries were cooked to perfection. The best Krystal food we’ve had in awhile. Cudos to the customer service as well.

Went once and they got the order wrong. I called thr manager and he took my name down to come back and they would replace the order. I go through a second time and order my food and tell them i needed the replacement food they owed me. First they lied and said it was in the bag. When i looked i sat at the window and told them it wasnt in the bag. They tell me to hang on and gave me the replacement food. It still WAS NOT RIGHT! I will never return to the Boaz Alabama location!

Ordered a few krystal burgers with ketchup & mustard only. Received ketchup only, & a scant amount of it. Ordered medium fries & received a large Sprite. Chili tasted weirdly ‘off’ today. Make sure you have time to check your order before you drive away. Employee working drive thru window was friendly
