Called…no one picks up….tried to cancel online…have to call…called again…on hold 45 minutes…no one picks up. 8:30 PM no pizza. Ordered from somewhere else. Pizza never came. this has to be the worst establishment i have ever stepped foot in. ordered delivery and didn’t get it for an hour, so we called repeatedly and got no replies. we decided to drive to the place and ask about the order, to which the one worker just handed us our pizza that had been sitting out for the past hour. he continuously gave us attitude and was insanely disrespectful when we asked him to cancel the delivery fee and the tip. extremely unprofessional, im sure hes just a college kid but i know plenty of high schoolers who know how to be respectful. i am also a minimum wage worker and i know how awful people can be, but seriously? we were nothing but nice to the guy and he was dismissive and rude to us for no reason. this isnt the first time this has happened, and this dominos usually takes our money and doesn’t bother to tell us they dont deliver. this time he said, “do you see how many orders we have? we can’t deliver them.” then why is it an option bro ???? u expect us to just guess and stroll on down to the dominos?

We wanted to give this location and Dominos in general one last try since we were eligible for a free pizza. We got our pizza only for it to be DRENCHED in sauce so all the cheese and sauce slid off the pizza. I got a picture below. Now our minds are officially made up about Dominos. Unfortunately everyone else’s reviews are accurate. This Dominoes is closest to me and I’ve ordered from here over 15 times and this has to be the worst chain restaurant I’ve ever dealt with in not only just Pizza but all fast food. They are late every time on delivery, and not like 15 min late, it’s like 45-60 late from the estimated delivery time they send you in the confirmation email. They forget items, pizza is lukewarm most times and not even appealing most of the time upon receiving it. It’s amazing my kids still like it and prefer it when they get the choice to pick where to order pizza from or else they wouldn’t get my business at all. However I may have to start putting my foot down and going elsewhere from here on out. This place should be shut down in my opinion.
