Placed order on line, said it’ll be ready by certain time, I get there when it was supposed to be ready and waited for 45mins. Asked twice about when it’ll be ready and was told they’ll get to me in a sec. I put it in my door dash bag to keep warm. Got home and opened the pizza box to reveal my order was burned. This establishment is the worst and I will never go back there and I will tell all my friends and family not to go there too.

We wanted to give this location and Dominos in general one last try since we were eligible for a free pizza. We got our pizza only for it to be DRENCHED in sauce so all the cheese and sauce slid off the pizza. I got a picture below. Now our minds are officially made up about Dominos. I had high hopes for my recent Domino’s Pizza order, but sadly, it fell far short of expectations. Let me break down the disappointing experience:
Firstly, the delivery time was egregiously long. I get it, it’s not always possible to have pizza at your doorstep in a blink, but waiting over an hour for a simple pizza order is simply unacceptable.
When the pizza finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. It seemed as though it had been sitting around for quite some time before it even made it into the delivery bag. The cheese had congealed, and the once crispy crust had become disappointingly soggy. It was like eating a sad, sorry excuse for pizza.
The toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. It felt like a game of hide and seek trying to find any semblance of flavor beneath the overwhelming layer of bland tomato sauce. And don’t even get me started on the supposed “premium” toppings – they were anything but premium.
To add insult to injury, the customer service was non-existent. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with indifference and a lack of concern. It was as if my concerns were falling on deaf ears, and all they cared about was getting me off the phone as quickly as possible.
In conclusion, my experience with Domino’s Pizza was nothing short of a disappointment. From the lengthy delivery time to the lackluster quality of the pizza itself, it’s safe to say that I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a pizza here for the first time in 8+ years for a family member and waited patiently for the food.
Let’s note that I’ve worked in the food service for a several years (fast food and sit in restaurants). As I was waiting, I was shocked to see some of the employees handling the food preparation (making the pizzas and other food) without any gloves on nor washing hands when moving on to another order. Not only that the person behind the counter taking the orders was miserable. I get it…working the food business isn’t always great BUT talk about cross contamination or not caring if someone has/had a food allergy let alone that just being gross.
Thank goodness I don’t eat dominos pizza because after this I’ll never order from here for myself anytime soon let alone for a family member.

Ordered my food for delivery. Took 2 hours to get my food from 1 mile away. I called after an hour Just to make sure they actually got my order that was placed through the website, and they told me they only had one driver and are backed up. Seems as though businesses are great at making excuses for why they’re no good at their business. You’re only purpose for existing as a business is to deliver pizzas. If you can’t do that well… Maybe you should just close up shop.
I remember years ago getting a 30 minute or less guarantee. Ahh the good ol’ days. Don’t take the order for delivery if you can’t deliver. And on top of all that… The food is mediocre and overpriced.
