I don’t know what is going on with the pizza. I ordered the new pizza that they have been advertising, the spicy chicken, bacon ranch, and I got another pizza. That was just cheese and bacon. I got the stuff crust for both of them. I ate a slice thinking maybe someone accidentally put a mushroom on my pizza, but no. I didn’t make it to the crust on the second one because the crust tasted like mushrooms, and I’ve been up half the night throwing up because of it. Thank you, Domino’s, for the food poisoning. I am definitely not ordering from them ever again. I’ve had food poisoning before, but I’ve never had symptoms. Start that quick.
Update: Just left urgent care because of the food poisoning I got from y’all. I can’t even keep water down, and to add insult to injury, I’ve only asked for my pizzas to be refunded, and now I’m being ignored and dodged because they refuse to take accountability for this and refund me my money for the pizzas. I’m not even asking for a full refund. I highly recommend nobody eat from at least this one here in E-Town. Y’all need to do better. Y’all are making all the other Domino’s look bad. Of course, only E-Town.
P.S. Yes, I called corporate, and I now have a case number. I guess we’ll see how this ends. I will be back with another update.

I have not been that disappointed in a meal in a long time. The wings were undercooked, and the skin was very chewy. The burgers had no flavor and were dry, the chicken nuggets were hard and flavorless, and some side items were wrong – blue cheese instead of ranch, jello instead of ice cream. The bill was not cheap either.

Great pizza, fast and almost too hot! They have good deals and the food has never looked better. Keep up the fantastic work! (Update the quality of food hasn’t been the same since Austin and Frankie left the store, it kinda seems like they were the only 2 caring about the quality. I heard rumors they went to another franchise and its kinda sad because I liked the food they made! Plus so long as you weren’t cursing and rude they were generally funny and pretty quick about fixing any mistakes. Pictures were from food we picked up and Austin was there alone and made these. Looks like commercial quality doesn’t it? Makes me wonder where he went! COME BACK!! PLEASE!!! )

Arrived and email tracker said order was ready.
I walked in and this is when the problems started.
I was greeted with no one wearing masks or gloves. Like in the middle of a pandemic.
They took my money and I started my 30 minute wait for pizza that was not ever going to arrive.
Other customers would come in and out and no one ever asked.
20 minutes passed and I asked where my pizza was? They said the order went out long time ago. But I was pizzaless. They must have given my food to someone else.
They said I could wait for them to remake my order. I’m asked how long and they said like another 30 minutes. I said no. I want a refund. And got out of dodge.
They said they “voided” the order. I’m like is the money back on my card? The kid never explained and no one ever apologized for the mistake.
Never will shop from here again.

For my last four orders my thin crust pizza has not been cut in the square cut the way it is supposed to be cut. I’ve worked in a pizza kitchen before and I understand that it gets busy but this is ridiculous. I leave a tip for your drivers every time I order and don’t create any complicated orders so I can’t understand so I don’t like to complain but come on man four times? Please learn how to do a square cut. Thanks

While eating a recent order my daughter found a full piece of a fake eyelash in her pizza. We reached out and the manager asked for a picture, which was sent, and then we never heard back about it. No apology, or attempt to make it right. I’m not sure how you don’t notice a huge chunk of eyelash falling off of your eye, let alone cooking into the pizza.
