Writing this review because just like last year. I wrote a bad review.. Because the pizza and the service was horrible. This year. You must be under new management. Because I just got a delivery and a pizza was excellent it was so fresh thank you very much and the delivery was super quick hats off to you.

Save the stress! I would suggest to use the other dominos on carpenter ave.
I had food delivered from here today ended up forgetting 4 different sauces which had to be paid for individually. They also sent cinnamon sticks so over cooked that my son could not eat them. I did reach out to dominos in which I was told the driver would return. – that never happened if you didn’t plan on coming back please do not lie to your customers. Just be upfront if you aren’t coming back, so we waited for the sauces while waiting even longer caused the food to be cold. Never showed up.

Quick delivery, but this is gross… You can see in my photo someone clearly just ripped my sandwich in half with their hands instead of cutting it… The food definitely tastes off, which is odd because Domino’s tastes the same everywhere…

I Ordered a Extra large extravaganza pizza about 30 minutes before close. I’m ngl I felt incredibly bad doing so but the employee Bret was incredibly understanding and very professional. Probably one of the nicest workers i have met in recent years.

I ordered 2 pizzas last week. The pizza was stone cold and 30 minutes late. The girl could not find my address. By the time we received the pizzas, they were unedible.Cold and thrown all around the box not to mention, my husband had to wait outside for ten minutes.Looking for the delivery girl. It was simply horrible I called the store today. She said, oh, it’s nothing I can do for you cause that was last week I said I broke my ankle. I just started feeling better. I just had time to call. I said, okay, fine, thank you very much. I will be calling corporate never again. Will we patronize this Domino’s?

Ordered special (2 Med Pizza with 2 toppings each for $6.99 each) I was not offered a receipt but did not think anything of it. Just just my bank statement and realized I was charged $39.78 . Ridiculous! Check you receipts. Following up with bank and Domino’s.

“I recently visited this Domino’s location and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. The guy with silver glasses was extremely rude. Not only he took my order incorrectly, but when I pointed out the mistake, he didn’t apologize or show any concern. Instead, his behavior was dismissive.On top of that,I had to wait for my order to be corrected, but no one informed me that it would take an extra 10 minutes. I wasn’t even offered a seat while I waited, which I thought was basic courtesy, especially when there’s a delay.
Overall, I was very upset with the way I was treated and felt completely ignored. I hope management addresses this issue as it really took away from my experience at this store.”
