Staff was nice, and place was pretty empty but clean. Boudin was good and very much similar to Tony’s in Baton Rouge. Crawfish/corn seasoned to PERFECTION and large size – but unfortunately slightly overcooked and soft (or oversoaked). Will give them another go earlier in the day during this season. Thanks – you should be teaching others how to appropriately spice your mud bugs!
