Ordered a 5 topics, thin crust, with chicken as one of the topics. Received the pizza with only 4 topics, no chicken. Called the store and spoke to Robinson. He claimed he put the chicken and disputed the claim. I said I have photo to prove, but he would not listen. It’s very rude and bad customer service. Here is the picture. Stay away! Employees extremely rude. Sent a delivery guy who didn’t speak English and we spent a long time trying to explain how to get to my apartment. When I called them to complain “Jake” if that’s his real name schooled me that you don’t have to speak English as a delivery guy in US and hung up on me. Well I am an immigrant myself and in certain job profiles you should be able to communicate in English unless the customer asks to be communicated in Spanish or any other language. Jake- in the future don’t try to turn the discussion to where it was not supposed to. Delivery guy was not at fault here but the store is.

This Domino’s is the worst I have ever been to…for starters they would not deliver to my place which is only a 12min drive and to make matters worse when I came to pick up my order 45min after I placed it I was told they hadn’t started it yet…meanwhile the only employee there was sitting in the corner texting on his phone when I arrived and there was not a single other customer in the store…I mean how busy could they have been at 9pm on a Tuesday night??? I’ll probably just order from a local pizzeria next time
