3 stars all only for customer service. Staff was very friendly but got my order wrong twice.. 🙁 I ordered with App. App says Delivery not available in your area, hence had to pick up. When reached home they had the toppings wrongs. I called them, they said they will deliver a fresh on for me. When delivery received, the pizza was not baked or something, the topping and sauce were all over the box, as shown in picture below. Called and they asked for proff, when I share the photo, they credited me for free pizza in future. Hence the 3 stars for customer service and -2 for No Food.. 🙁 May be this is one time event, will update the comments if I have a better experience next time. Also, they do deliver no matter what app says. Better to call.

WORST SERVICE EVER DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I Wish I could give them 0 stars. Order at 10:40pm and was told it would arrive at 11:40-12am. However, after one hour I called again cause I hadn’t received my order yet and the online tracker wasn’t being updated. The guy Andrew was rude and I could tell they hadn’t even made my order yet he said they would deliver it when the next driver arrived. An hour later I still hadn’t received my pizza so I called back demanding a refund since it was already too late and I didn’t want the pizza anymore and the same guy told me with the nastiest attitude they couldn’t refund me because the driver had left already and was on its way and LIED TO ME saying he called me to tell me if I mind the pizza was going to be late when I had my phone the whole time and NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL. 30 Minuted later I called again cause it was already 1:20am and I still hadn’t received no pizza but the tracker said delivery complete. After being on hold for several minutes another guy picks up and just tell me “sorry we are close everyone left call tomorrow when we open” and HUNG UP ON ME without letting me say a word. So unprofessional and I hate the way they lied to my face when I called to cancel the order and get a refund since they were taking too long telling me the driver was on its way WHEN NO ONE WAS EVER ON THE WAY WITH MY ORDER.

Tonight we ordered pizza from here and it was terrible. Pizza came almost 2 hours after we ordered. Pizza was cold, and we had to warm up the pizza in our oven. The pie was not even cut. The slices were coming 9ut as half pie slices smh. We ordered a lava cake, and since they didn’t have the lava cake, they just gave us burnt brownies. Didn’t even bother to call us to inform us about not having the lava cake. This was a very bad experience. And this wasn’t the first time this happened.

By far the worst experience i have ever had with any delivery service… it took 3 hours for my food to get to me! I tried to call after the 1st hour and a half to cancel. I called 4 times with over 15 minute wait times each time and 1 time they picked up an hung up immediately without a word being spoken. I ordered online an it was paid online so there was nothing i could do i was forced to eait 3 hours and stuck paying for it… then they messed the order up i ordered a regular coke an received a diet coke 2 liter.. if i could give 0 stars i would!

The pizza’s usually fine, but the place takes forever to get here. Me and my sister ordered a pizza at 10 pm. And apparently it’s taking over fourty minutes just for the guy to bring us our pizza. Keep in mind, we don’t even live far from Domino’s anyways, so why is taking THIS long to get the food delivered to us? You guys need to fix your services because you guys take forever to give pizza for literally no reason and make ur customers wait for forever.

Tried placing an order online and the order failed and said my card got declined. I then received a message from my credit card saying that i was charged. I checked my account and noticed 2 charges for the same amount so i took it upon myself to call the pizzeria and speak to someone to verify if the order actually went through, well whoever picked up the phone was not helpful at all and first said he did not see an order after he asked me for my phone number and address then when i tried to explain to him that i was charged two times he then cuts me off and says “it’s being made” and hangs up on me.

I ordered pizza and a 2-liter sprite. It took my order an hour to arrive to my house. When the delivery guy arrived with the food he came with a 2-liter coca-cola. I told the guy I ordered a sprite and he said “we didn’t have sprite”. Very unprofessional because he should’ve called my number and explained the situation to me. Then he handed me the receipt and told me to leave a tip which I didn’t have cash I paid with my card. I proceeded to explain to him that I don’t have cash and he rudely said “Just sign the receipt”. I then signed the receipt and he snatched the receipt from my hand looked at me and balled the receipt. It made me feel uncomfortable and it was very rude.
