I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this location. I ordered an 8-piece chicken wings, which should be a quick and simple order.
First, the wait time was over an hour for this small order. Shockingly, there wasn’t a single other customer in the store, which proves this was purely due to gross mismanagement and inefficiency.
More seriously, I witnessed major food safety violations. Employees were handling food, cash, and the order touchscreens without wearing gloves or masks. They repeatedly touched the shared monitor and then returned to preparing food without washing or sanitizing their hands in between. This is a direct breach of basic health codes and is downright disgusting.

I ordered my pizza at 1:39.
I didn’t receive my pizza until 2:48pm.
It was cold and hard.
I got a replacement at 3:37pm
This one was overcooked as well.
Do not ever order the thin pizza crust.
It’s the worst pizza ever..
Then Dominos tried to charge me a second time for the redelivery for the replacement pizza..
I should be getting a full refund and a free pizza.

UPDATE: I meant to put an update sooner. If they are supposed to give you a refund on a credit card, make sure you monitor your credit card as they never issued mine! I had to call my credit card and dispute the charge. I won. And on a personal note, this Dominos needs to learn to just be better. First, you deliver my food to the wrong house. Then, your driver has the nerve to scream at me on the phone like I did something wrong when he admitted he didn’t even use a GPS for my address. And then you try to steal from me??? I made it very clear that was the first and last time I’ll ever order from you. And now, everyone in the area who knows me knows to never order from you either. And naturally, corporate never got back to me. So, just an overall terrible company to do business with. So, unless you want to be accused of lying amd screamed at by a delivery driver and have your money stolen after a refund was promised, DON’T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DOMINOS!!!!

I called and they said it’s an issue with the app and my food was leaving the store now. 6:20pm still no food. Finally got someone on the phone around 6:30pm and the driver is yelling at me that he delivered the food and took a picture that he left it on my stairs. I told him I don’t have stairs outside my house and he delivered it to the wrong house. There are 2 streets in my town with the same name but one is Ave and one is St. I made it very clear on my order and when I called which address is mine. They finally after almost 2 HOURS OF WAITING FOR MY FOOD, admitted that they delivered it to the wrong address. They offered to make a new order and I clearly said nope give me a refund. So, no dinner here from Domino’s tonight or ever. Our neighbors at the other address get to enjoy our meal tonight. This was my first time ordering from them and it is 100% the last. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I placed an order at 6pm, waited an hour for my order before calling for an update for them to say they just put my food in the oven. When I asked to cancel my order because I wasn’t gonna be home for the delivery the girl on the phone giggled and told me its not possible to refund my money. I spoke to the manager and now I gotta wait 2 to 3 business days to get MY money back. Definitely not ordering or recommending Dominoes.

The woman who took our order over the phone was pretty whispering. We get there she’s then asking for the name for the order and when we tell her we weren’t asked for it at first she said it was the only way to look up the order. We finally get our order and the pizza was paper dry, we’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Only order here if you are going to pick it up. Their delivery drivers are incompetent and don’t know how to follow their own gps. I now have 3 crying kids that their pizza isn’t coming after 90 minutes. Never ordering from this location again.

Delivery is on time, pizzas are warm. Just 1 issue, they ran out or 2 ltr coke which was in my order placed 1 day before. They had time to restock if they had runout. But they did bring in replacement which is good and also not good, it would have been nice if they would have called and asked what I need in replacement, rather they deciding and bringing it to the delivery place.

This place is ridiculous. I order here a few times. And each time there’s a issue. Today I order a few pies for my kids at home and by time I got him home they opened and ate the other pies but I noticed this one. Isn’t the pizza supposed to be baked with the ingredients on them. Nope not this one. The forgot to add the chicken to the pizza while it was baking. Then just threw chicken pieces on the pizza after it was baked. So I called and mentioned it and all the manager could say is that there’s nothing we can do about it. Like what the hell. I paid like every other customer. Aint the customer right. Like I sure as hell ain’t wrong about this. Smdh. So unprofessional. And I get it it’s just pizza. But that’s not the point. Ya getting paid for this. Such lazy employees and such a bad manager. I’m gonna report this to the corporate offices also so it’s known. And plus this is the 3rd time I had issues like this. Wrong orders. Freezing cold pizza. Now this. I can imagine how the other pizzas I ordered looked.

The kiddo wanted cheesy crust pizza, and I decided to go with Domino’s. It still tastes like college food to me. Don’t hate, but not my go to for regular pizza. The chicken nuggets are pretty tasty. They do have online specials so take advantage of that if you’re trying to stretch your dollars.
