Just ordered a pizza here. Instructions were to put order on the chair outside. I put my cell number to receive updates on the order. Only updates I received was when the order was being prepared and when the driver left the store. Nothing after that. My son while coming home from school saw the pizza outside and told and said it was opened when we looked inside a slice was missing. Called the store they telling me it couldn’t have been their driver and that pizza was OK before it left the store. As if it couldn’t have been tampered with while being delivered. So manager told me it must been someone or my neighbors. I asked for a refund he didn’t care to, nor offer any other solutions. To a customer who always ordered from them. I told them ok i will co tact my bank and have them reversed the charges. No way I’m paying for a tampered with food. The fact that the driver didn’t activate their tracker nor did they sent out any texts notifying me that the order was close to being delivered or delivered makes me wonder.

Almost every week I get my Pizza from here. They are the best.!! Fresh dough and ingredients. Something about this store, pizza and even the bread bites taste soooo good.! We are pizza lovers with all CT and NYC local pizzas tried. With Domino’s chain, this one in Main street is very good. Kind staff as well. Kudos.

Ok if they actually put meat in it this would be an 5/5 order. But they gave me like legit one piece of shaved steak on my sandwich. Lmao I got Philly cheese steak without the steak but without my consent lmao. Where the steak ?. Otherwise it is flavorful and good but stop being cheap with the meat at least give a servicing size or take a couple bucks off if I’m just getting cheese and veggies on bread.

We normally order from this Dominos, as it is closest to home. While the ease of ordering & the speed of service is very good, the quality of our pizza is never consistent. Some times the pizza is great; other times barely has any ingredients on it. In addition, they seriously need to learn how to cut pizza evenly!

The pizza was prepared just as I expected. The gal who took my carry-out order was friendly and efficient. My food was prepared quickly, and I got it within seconds of walking in the door. My only complaint (and this is so minor…): no drive-thru. I guess I’m spoiled.

First time I ever had an issue with my order with dominoes. I ordered two topping medium pizza and custom Alfredo pasta. When I opened the pasta container, there was barely any Alfredo sauce in it and portion was smaller than usual. In the photo I’ve had like two spoonfuls already. For me it’s whatever, but when I opened my pizza box. I asked for extra cheese , bacon, and pepperoni. What I received was burnt bacon and some burnt pepperoni. There was definitely no “extra” cheese. Most of the slices had SOME cheese but you can tell some had none. You can tell from the white parts to the bread parts where there is supposed to be cheese. It’s like whoever made it was over it and just made it just to make it. I’ve ordered dominoes multiple times from Hartford or East Hartford and never had a problem and was always satisfied. Moved to Manchester not too long ago so this location was disappointing.

Follow up – I contacted the store after the response below from the owner, the representative told that owner is not scheduled and her general manager will be in tomorrow after 4pm.
Today I had a very disappointing experience with an Uber Eats order from this outlet. I have ordered from this location numerous times before without any issues, and I live approximately 1.7 to 2 miles away at 39 Buckland Street—a distance they have always successfully delivered to in the past.
Today, after my order was placed and accepted, a staff member called me. She informed me that, according to her manager, my address was outside their delivery radius, and they could not fulfill the order.
When I pointed out that my previous orders had been delivered successfully, she became rude and unprofessional, raising her voice instead of attempting to resolve the situation politely.
I would have been completely understanding if the explanation had been related to staffing shortages or vehicle issues, but to suddenly declare my address out of range after many successful deliveries was frustrating.
The situation was compounded when the lady coerced me into canceling the order through the Uber Eats app. Now, Uber Eats is refusing to provide a refund, stating that because the restaurant accepted the order, the fault lies with the customer cancellation.
The core issues here are:
1. The restaurant accepted an order they allegedly knew they couldn’t deliver.
2. The staff member handled the communication unprofessionally and was unnecessarily rude.
3. The deceptive tactic of having me cancel the order resulted in me, the customer, losing my money while the restaurant and Uber Eats seemingly carry on their business without consequence.
I am seeking accountability for this error and the unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff member, as such mistakes should be addressed and corrected.

The workers at this dominoes always get my orders correct they’re a team and that’s what I rock with the most. The delivery drivers are always doing their best as well. I’d work here if given a chance. Mr.3 signing off.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until today. Aside from my pizzas never having extra cheese as ordered. But that’s a matter of opinion. Between the online transaction to the actual quality of the product, and the staff on the follow up call that acted like I’m the one who made mistakes and none of her employees are at fault. I’m very disappointed. To start off, I received my order and was puzzled about the price. I used 40 points for a free cheese bread….that got charged to my card. And while I was ordering on my phone, an offer popped up for parm bites for $2.99 that I gladly accepted. But my receipt shows that I paid $6.49. And then my tip was basically double what I tipped online. So when I called, the lady, I’m assuming manager, because she offered a credit, said that I have to be careful when placing orders online. And to double check everything. At first she offered me a $10 credit and raised it to $15 after I argued that the items price difference was over $10 alone. Not to mention the $9 tip that got charged instead of my $5 tip I put in. And the pizza that looked like it slid or flipped onto the lid of the pizza box. She explained that if I didn’t take the credit, I’d have to call the next day, and possibly but not likely get a refund. But that it would require her having to charge my card again for the correct items. And waiting several days for the initial amount. And all that wasn’t even guaranteed according to her. So basically, I was making her life more difficult. Then after I said my card was charged $9 for a tip that I didn’t make, she said plainly “well I’m not reimbursing a tip”. And she also said that it was impossible that something happened to the pizza that looked like it was dropped or mishandled when placed in the box. I’ve worked in the restaurant/hospitality industry for approximately 15 years, from management down. I understand how things go and I’d never tell a customer that they were at fault and it was impossible that an employee made a mistake. I’ll be taking my business to local Pizza restaurants from now on, and I’ll use the $15 credit when my kids want a pizza delivered. I expect to be treated like a valued customer and not told that I’m either lying (basically) or I should just accept whatever mistakes happen (by them and by their faulty ordering system) while ordering from there. If I could advise anyone on ordering there, I’d tell them to use cash, pick up their own orders, and check their orders at the counter.
