1. The orange chicken was crispy and somewhat fresh considering I got there 40 mins before closing. The Beijing beef was still warm and crispy.
2. The price is about average for airport food.
3. Quantity is a lot for what you pay!

1. They don’t have the food entree properly labeled so that can create confusion.
2. The lady that worked there that night was rude and not nice.

I was craving for some Asian foods after my long flights. I chose the PLATE menu – fried rice with chicken orange and beef brocoli. It’s so affordable. The value for money is very high. I finished almost everything (look at my plate)

It’s a Panda Express in an airport ♀️. While not gourmet Chinese food, I like Panda Express food once in a while for a quick meal. They have good options, service is quick and friendly and food is generally fresh. My visit today did not disappoint! I got the Bigger Plate (3 entrees) so I could have leftovers. Orange chicken, string bean chicken and mushroom chicken with chow neon as my side dish. All were good — the orange chicken could have been warmer and the string bean chicken was excellent— fresh and not over cooked. Laura provided excellent and cheerful, fast service. I would come back!

The food was good but what I really wanted was the teriyaki chicken but they were out of it and said it would take couple hours to make more. I kinda felt that they wanted to sell what they had left first before making more of what they were out of. The service was nice. It’s a convenient spot to eat while you wait for your flight!

This place sucks. It might just be the time I got there but I can explain. I got here an hour before they closed and they told us they weren’t making anything else. For religious reasons the only thing I could eat today was shrimp. There were eight shrimp left in the tub. I asked the lady serving food if that was one serving and she said yes. So, knowing it was one serving and I couldn’t really have any other entrees I got a bowl. While she was serving she decided that it was more than one portion and gave me 5/8 of the shrimp and refused to add the rest because it could have been used for a kids meal. With all due respect I don’t expect A+ service from a Panda Express next to the airport. However, it is wildly disappointing when you decide to not make any more food and try to portion what has already been made over the last hour before you close. The next three customers after me also seemed frustrated that there were minuscule portions for what they were paying. Slightly ridiculous in my opinion. I could be being harsh but it’s just my opinion.

This location is not owned by Panda Express but an airport concessionaire. The service is deplorable, the food does not taste the same, and they don’t offer the same items that a regular Panda Express.
I definitely recommend that staff be submitted to a customer service training course.
Cashier was combative, rude, and patronizing.
Asked for food to be packed to go and he just handed me a bag and started to check out the person behind me. Requested a regular coke and he instructed me to take it from their chilled area when there were none, his coworker had to go grab one from the back. I guess he noticed his coworker was being rude.

I get to their location at 950 and online and on their door it says they close at 1030. However it looks like they started closing an hour early.
Kinda upsetting especially since i work at the airport and was super hungry. Upsetting that they do this and it appears its not their first time, i suggest they update their hours to reflect when they actually close early to prevent wasting others time and driving over.

For an airport outlet, this place exceeded my expectations. Portion quantity in the bigger plate was amazing for $15. Orange chicken was great. Fried rice was warm and nice and so were the greens. Pepper chicken was average. There was a long queue but it moved quickly.
