I visit this CFA regularly because it’s near my work but I’ve had quite a few less than satisfactory experiences. Usually small things like requesting extra ice or lemon and not getting them. Getting the incorrect sauce. Order multiple drinks and having to consistently ask for a cup holder.
But I went a week or so ago and order a salad. I paid for extra ingredients on the salad and it appeared to not even have to usual amount. I reached out and there was no follow up.

This is ridiculous !!!!!!that you put in an order on the app and wait forever to get your food. One lane shut down. The people that can just drive up and put their order in are allowed to skip the line. What is the point of ordering ahead. Came through the drive thru to get my sick wife some chicken soup, myself a chicken sandwich, and my daughter some nuggets. When I got home, we realized the chicken soup was not in the multiple bags they handed us. I called on 10/28/25 at 7:35PM to see if they could make it right, and the woman I spoke to scoffed at me when I suggested she send the soup to my house. She said their delivery vehicles are only for catering. I suggested they send the soup through one of the many delivery services available that delivers their food for them. She scoffed again. She then assumed I hung up and put the phone down. In fact, I had not hung up. I could still hear her talking crap about me to her coworkers for a minute or two. I then tried to hang up and call back and only got the busy signal for the last ten minutes. I surmise she intentionally left the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call back after thinking that I ‘hung up on her’. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing.

I was thefe at the start of the lunch service. They were adequately staffed but the staff appeared to be mostly walking around and talking, including the supervisors. This resulted in uncharacteristicly slow service.

I ordered lunch through the mobile app and picked up in drive through. It was not a fast pick-up today. Food was hot and fresh. Please make sure you have everything in your bag before you pull off.

I’m incredibly disappointed in this store. We ordered dinner on doordash. Our order came, but was missing a salad. This is not a huge deal, because I just got a refund on doordash. However, I tried calling the store before asking for a refund to see if I could come pick up the salad. The line was busy for 10 minutes, which suggests to me that they took the phone off the hook. We will not be getting food from this location again.

We had a great experience for dinner! Food was at our table in less than 5 minutes, and was hot and fresh! Friendly staff with smiling faces and great attitudes. We will be back!

The only chick fil a to have two lanes but always keep one closed defeating the purpose of online ordering. Go anywhere but this one unlesss you have 45 minutes to wait in a line.
