Food is great but definitely a language barrier if you speak English only. I would recommend ordering directly from the app if you only speak English. It’s sad that the day has come when speaking English, you cannot communicate properly with those taking your order.

My wife and nephew’s chicken sandwiches were raw in the middle. My wife ate half of hers before she even realized. I don’t know about my son’s nuggets. He ate those in the car. Be careful at this one they may serve you raw food

July 2, ‘23 9:00 pm fire the manager. Walked in told her I had a mobile order when she walked to me and didn’t respond and walked away. Spent 20 minutes on her phone by the register where others were working and came back and asked what I needed. I told her I’m waiting for my mobile order and she says she didn’t print the ticket. I say ok then she leaves again later comes back and says they don’t have some of the items I ordered (chili was one). I ask to just cancel it and for a refund and she leaves again I guess to make me wait. If Quality is key at Wendy’s then get quality employees. I’m the only customer aside from the two drive through cars. The owner doesn’t care I looked over reviews and no responses/action.

We had been in Pasadena since early morning so on our way out wife and I decided to stop and get a bite to eat (2PM) here in Baytown.
Wife got he regular cheese burger while I got the baconator, we both were completely satisfied with the quality and taste.
Of course we had to get frosties I got the classic chocolate and my wife got the three berry to finish our meal, excellent on all.

This has never happened at this location. Stop hiring incompetent kids!!!! I ordered chili cheese fries and got baconator fries. Not to mention my son of a baconator looks like it was made this morning (it is 7:15 PM Friday November 11th) please get rid of whoever is working this shift. It can’t be hard to make a correct order.

It was a horrible experience today . The young lady did not give me my nugggets and she argued with me about it then she told one of her coworkers in Spanish that she gave it to me . For 4 small nuggets which I don’t event eat she said I ate them. I asked for the store manager and number and they both refused to give it to me. They had no name tags on . After I called a lady who was there who looked like a trained who spoke to them Spanish gave me a piece of paper with a QR code. I will never visit this place again. Then a man is telling me me that the girl at the from dear is in training so I told him why does she have to debate with me that she gave me the chicken nuggets when she never did. Were they taught to lie to customers or is it ok to keep a customer’s food. Then the lady is saying that she does not like to see customers upset and what did she do to rectify the issue nothing

Extremely dissatisfying service. Had to wait 30 minutes for my order when it was not busy at all. People ordering after me received their food before I did. I don’t foresee myself returning to this location again.
