I haven’t had dominos in some years and Bloomfield Dominos had its moments. I can say that I went there today and was very clean , the tables were clean, WHO EVER THE manager was before was not tight on the upkeep of that place, the employees needed hair cuts appropriate for handling food and I ain’t talking about woman. Some were not in uniform. hanging all out in the back were the trash was.The food was not all that bad. But they did not keep gloves on and having their hands touching the food, So I was done for a while. But I was impressed with the cleanlinesses and the employees had uniforms on, very clean and neat, pleasant experience today, pizza was good, the only thing was that my hot wings were extremely salty and weren’t crispy. Must be under new management.

I called on the day they got my order wrong, the person who answered phone told me that when you are ready we’ll correct it, I said ok thank you. I call to order a next meal for my kids, the young lady who answered was polite, I said to her may I speak to your manager, when he came on the phone I explained what had happened I even told him I had a picture, this reply was it has been 20 days, my reply no one told me there was a time limit, then he said that too long. I said ok I see where this is going. I ordered a meal for my kids got to the store checked all my order and told them I don’t need to cheat for a pizza when Domino’s piece of the pie give it FREE.

Normally no problem with delivery. But today, I ordered at 8:18pm and food didn’t get delivered until 9:45pm. Called store they kept saying driver will arrive in 2 minutes, not the case. Finally, driver pulled up and I asked why it took so long, he replied by “I don’t know”, walked away without payment. He noticed he forgot payment when he probably got back to the store and kept calling repeatedly while we were eating the cold pizza, to advise he is coming to pick up payment. He should of answered my question properly when asked and collected the money. Mind you, dominos delivery within 45 minutes or free, that’s a joke not true. I called store to speak to manager, they don’t pick up the phones. I will be reaching out to corporate as well.

If I could rate this Domino’s 0 stars I absolutely would. They are VERY unprofessional. I had the worst experience with their delivery driver who got upset with me for telling him to leave my food at my door. He wanted me to come to his car and get the food, as if I didn’t pay for my food to be delivered to my door.

I ordered a pizza to be picked up curbside and I had ordered ahead of time by 3 hours. I called after placing the order because there was no space to put any additional instructions, and I asked if it would be possible to shape my pizza as a heart. The man on the phone didn’t understand what I meant and put me on with someone else who said that they didn’t have the supplies to make the request.. but it’s pizza dough, you should easily be able to change the shape. By the time I tried to ask why they couldn’t shape the dough different she had already hung up on me. It isn’t a hard request especially with advanced notice, disappointing. I had spoken to someone there before who did a special shaped pizza for me with no question and it was 1 hour before I needed it. I don’t know what the issue is now. Maybe they just didn’t want to take the extra few minutes.
