Every single time I go to the Milton dominos they burn my pizza, three times in a row I have had ridiculously overcooked pizza and this last time was the final straw, the pizza is black all over, even the parmesan bread bites are hard as a rock they are so overcooked. and I included a photo to prove it. They would not give me dominos account credit for this ridiculously burnt pizza, they wouldn’t refund me either. they only offered credit at that specific location which has been awful EVERY time I’ve gone. I refused the credit because I will not be going back to the Milton dominos ever again. Beware

This is the worst Domino’s location. The employees are always extremely rude, They seriously don’t care if you leave as a happy customer or not. You have to order online or by the app or else you can’t use any deals. I placed my order on the app and then called the store within 25 seconds Of placing my order to ask if I could please have very little cheese since that’s not an option for customization on the app, Not only was she rude (surprise surprise right, ) But said that my order has Already been made so they cannot do that. There is no way in hell that My order was already made considering It hasn’t even been 60sec Since the order was placed!!! If they don’t like their jobs, and definitely dont care to help customers, and want all orders to be done online or via app, then they should fix it so we can adjust all options (if needed) ourselves.

Love the detail <3 we love the pasta bowls but without the garlic butter on the crust. The online menu doesn't allow for this adjustment. So I order and call immediately following to ask to hold it. I had forgotten to call after my last order and was so happy to see they had taken customer service above and beyond and remembered to hold the butter without the call. Thanks guys <3 for the extra hospitality! Always great and personable and love coming here :)
