Just keeps getting worse. Ordered online, I then called the store to ask if they could make sure its cooked extra. I was told they would try, they cant control the stove. Huh? I asked if she could just run it thru a second time then. She said she would try. Im sure we can all guess that it didnt come extra cooked. It was barely cooked. My wings were cold. I attempted to re-cook those. It didnt help. Like I said the food just keeps getting worse. Id deal with the rudeness if the food was atleast good

i mean like… they arrive on time and the pizza is good! but why are y’all always skimping out on the garlic seasoned crust?!?! c’mon bros, that’s literally the best part of a domino’s pizza. do you have a vendetta against the garlicky, buttery goodness? have y’all been turned into vampires, do i need to call up van helsing?
it’s been what feels like a year since this location has put the garlic on the crust of pizzas ordered. i always double check i have clicked that i do, in fact, want that sweet, sweet garlic in my mouth. it has gotten so bad i have kept a container of garlic butter in my fridge for specifically my dominos crusts because i know they won’t put it on. please, employees of domino’s pizza 1104 lisbon st, lewiston, maine… i ask you….NAY, I BEG OF YOU…. please don’t let me suffer any longer. i crave the garlic crusts. these are dark times and garlic on my crusts would make the world just a little bit brighter… please… and thank you…

The food is always made well and cooked just right. The prices are good. Especially if you like a value menu. You can earn rewards points and start receiving rewards back on as little as 2 orders. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The staff is courteous and prompt.

So this is the fourth time this has happened and I’m sick of it. Your drivers sit there and hit “order complete” but then don’t show up for another half hour, what the hell. Along with them being told my wife is 6months pregnant so they were asked to bring it upstairs since it’s hard for my wife to go up and down. They made her walk down and she was barely be able to get back upstairs, so much for your driver “accommodating a pregnant lady” as the person on the phone has assured they would. The foods good but the service has been shit lately.

I can’t even give this store a half star after the horrible experience I just had with the store manager!
I called to complain that one of my medium two-topping pizzas arrived and a large spot in the center had under cooked dough and fell apart when trying to pick up a slice. Called the store and was put on hold for 5 minutes before the manager answered the phone by saying “WHAT!?” I went on explaining my dough was raw because it had been undercooked, only to be bluntly told that they would not do anything to fix the issue, and that I would need to contact the general manager in the morning when he arrives! He went on to argue back that they don’t ever send out pizza undercooked, but then explained that the “New York” style pizza “sometimes comes that way”. As I began asking if they could fix it by remaking that single pizza and resend that part of the order only the manager rudely talked over me stating to “Have a nice day!” In a condescending manner before hanging up the phone with myself still mid-sentence! I have never been spoken to, let alone actually HUNG UP ON by a “store manager” like that! In the few past experiences I have had when having any such issue the on-duty manager would always gladly fix any issue promptly. Instead I actually had to call the store back to ask for the Manager’s name whom I spoke with moments earlier as I will DEFINITELY be following up with the General Manager tomorrow as he stated!

So yet again they said the pizza was delivered and 30 min has gone by with no pizza.. 45 min later the pizza arrives cold and rubbery because it has been sitting there for probably an hour and then no Icing for the cinnamon sticks this location should be shut down!! Or at the very least management fired for inability to do their job. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Domino’s on Lisbon street in Lewiston double charged me cause the computer messed up and they say they won’t pay me back because the first one didn’t go through but the bank said it did Domino’s is a rip-off/ They are thieves/ It was $41 so they end up charging me $82 they won’t return the first $41

I ordered $80 worth of food and it was all raw I called up and this guy named Shawn who should be fired for how he treated me as a daily customer with his swearing and yell over the phone so I went in person and he was still acting the same way like I’m never ordering from here again and I’d rather have Papa John’s because they know how to treat their customers and don’t swear or yell at their customers. I hope everyone reads this and never orders from here EVER
