Just got this with the wife, and hands down this is the best pizza we have had in New England. I’m not a food critic, but I have had a ton of pizza. And this is some of the best.
Not overloaded as to be unwieldy, crust was perfectly crispy and structurally sound, and all the ingredients were perfect. And even though they were busy, it was done in like, 20 minutes.
Incredible work, please keep making pizza like this. This is how it should be done.

I ordered the pepperoni specialty pizza and wings, both were good. Next time I will probably order a large pizza, in my opinion $19.99 for 12″ medium is bit steep for $2 I could’ve gotten large,the actual size of large wasn’t listed. I did enjoy the pizza and wings though.

I ordered an XL cheese pizza. 16″ is the stated size, mine was about 15.5″. Sure to be some cooking shrinkage. No toppings to distract from the review. The pizza was simply fine. Sauce was under seasoned for my liking. Might just be pure canned tomato sauce with no doctoring. The crust was okay in flavor but didn’t give the pizza any contrasting texture. Pizza:sauce:cheese ratio was good. Overall it’s a pizza I won’t go out of my way for but I also won’t turn up my nose at. I appreciate it as an option for delivery that isn’t the same Greek pizza they have at all the house of pizzas. They must be doing something right, the cars are always out, busy delivering.

Tried for the first time tonight and the food was excellent. The service was great and my order was 100% accurate and VERY fairly priced. 1 pound of tenders and fries for $17.50 is awesome! I saw a handful of 1 star reviews and I have to say those are totally bogus they don’t accurately reflect this place at all. Will order again for sure

After a recent experience, we had left a negative review for Papa Jays as opposed to reaching out to reconcile the issue. Jay had since reached out personally to remedy the situation and I will say I am very pleased with the response I received from Jay. My partner and I really appreciate the convenience and quality of Papa Jays and we will continue to be patrons of this establishment and highly recommend this eatery. I ordered the two for $26 one topping pizza and a chefs salad. Realized I was a bit short on cash. To my horror I realized I wouldn’t be able to give a good tip. I immediately called and canceled my salad and told them why said sorry it was an honest mistake. They not only didn’t make me feel bad about it they turned around and made me the salad anyways. Our food is hot it’s fresh and it’s delicious. Papa jays is the best!
