Ordered a cheese pizza took over an hour and a half to deliver it, ordered another pizza a few weeks later and waited and waited and waited so i called them up after an hour and 40 minutes of waiting. Little did i know it was left on my doorstep in the cold and soaked from the rain. Ringing the doorbell would be nice! Food was burned both side.. cheese dip was so burned it was stuck to the pan. The rest of the food was very dry & so much dough came. We did eat them but will not return for a long time. I gave 2 stars because food was ready really fast & very affordable which is good.

worst Domino’s store( Franklin St. in Melrose, MA) I experienced in 30 years. I reported an obviously burnt pizza. about all half inch from the edges is black to the manager who didn’t seem surprised and offer a fresh one that was descent. 2 weeks later the same thing happened again and this time the associate didn’t seem to care and suggested that this happens sometimes and there is nothing we can do to fix. Domino’s used to be known for addressing their issues swiftly be it packaging or oven…but I guess they found it easier to just ignore the issues as I find it easier to take my business elsewhere.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for my food when I was told over the phone an hour and a half. Cheesebread sticks were undercooked and the dough in the middle was raw. Pizza was warm at best. Never again!!!
