Been ordering pizza and other items for over 5 years here. Clearly something changed with employees. Everyone I saw today was new. I deliberately walked in today to order in person since last couple of orders by phone and online got totally messed up without even an attempt to correct. Today ordered 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings, cheese bites and boneless wings. Simple enough. Made a small mistake by forgetting to mention not to over bake the pizzas as I don’t like dark crust. Both pizzas came out not just dark at crust area, on top as well. I asked to remake if possible. The manager rudely told me NO, and I don’t have to pick it up if I don’t want to. Also they added an item I didn’t order and charged me for it. I told them I didn’t order it and same manager began his argument again. He said, it’s only $7 dollars, why am I causing a stink over it? Not the point I was making, $7 was not an issue, just an extra item we didn’t need. He said, next time to be more specific about my order. Well, guess what? There will not be next time EVER!!!

If I could rate this zero stars I would. The manager I talked to was extremely rude. Delivery took over an hour and my food was extremely cold. I had to call the store 3 times in order to get my delivery. After countless times of being in contact with the delivery driver, Jesse could not deliver. In fact, he called me to tell me he went on ANOTHER delivery while trying to deliver mine and completely disregarded my order. Manager had little to no respect after I asked for a partial refund since my food was cold and delivery took well over an hour.

I think they should just remove Pasta from menu if they cannot make one properly! I order Primavera Pasta and all I got was Boiled pasta with probably 2-3 pieces of veggies and no sauce. And quantity seemed like someone had eaten it half and left the other.

I’ve ordered here for over a year now and only had an issue once which was fixed quickly and the workers were very nice about it, however tonight was completely different. I ordered and picked it up at the window. When I got home it was the wrong pizza, I drove back and told the person at the window, they took it and started talking to someone else about it. The guy laughed and started talking smack in Portuguese…. little did they know I also speak Portuguese. Really unprofessional to be laughing and doing all that when people can see and hear you. If I could give this place -100 I would. I placed a $95 ordered, repeated my order 100 times to make sure they have everything. 2 hours later I received my delivery missing half of my food. The food was absolutely disgusting, cold, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. I called the store for a refund the manager tells me she can’t issue refunds because the district manager is the only one that can do that. Greeted by very rude employee when she charged us and gave us our card back she closed the door in our faces as we proceeded to wait for our drink that we paid for she kept signaling through the window. When we told her we were waiting for her to give us our drink. She rudely asked for a receipt and then came out with a drink as she gave us the drink I told her there was no need for the attitude and then as we left, she said some thing disrespectful, so I got out of the car. I ask for pizza special yesterday. There was and english miss understanding. She had no idea of any specials. And my order was $10 more that i wanted to pay. And the So call manager was little rude addressing my situation. And cancel my order and refunded. I had to order online to get the special deal i wanted. Had to wait extra time.
