I had a bad experience with the other Dominos in Liberty Street. So they gave me a certificate to go back and I went somewhere else, and I chose here. So much nicer and they all greeted me and was friendly. Definitely always going to this one, take the trip down the roas for better customer service. The pizza is always good, so no complaints.

Ordered a pizza and it just was not good. The sauce tasted like what I would get store brand at the grocery store. I’ve had better pizza when I bought a premium frozen pizza at Big Y. The delivery took longer than expected too.
They reply to the reviews saying they are aiming for a five-star experience. How about you aim to be decent first, before you aim for a 5 star experience? This is the lowest rated Domino’s in Springfield, by far, it’s not close.

Avoid ordering from this location at all costs.
A couple of weeks back I ordered a pizza and received the wrong pizza. So then they send out a replacement. So I go to take a bite of the replacement and there is NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA. How do you make a pizza with no sauce? How? So I call and they give me a credit for a new pizza. Okay great. I order it and it was fine. So I order one more time a couple of weeks later and I receive the order without the extra honey bbq sauce I asked for. So I have to call again and they said I would get a credit on my next order. I call a week later and what do you know? They have no record of that call or any notes under my account for a replacement. Convenient.
This location represents the highest level of incompetence you could possibly ask for. Just look at the boatload of 1 star reviews this location has for the same reasons I just stated. I will NEVER order from this location again.

honestly not a great place. the food is typical of a dominos and pretty alright for a pizza chain. my issues were with the disorganized staff, long wait time (an hour), lack of customer service, and the fact that there was a baby in the kitchen. yes, a baby. i could see the stroller and it was crying- definitely breaking health codes if not laws. wouldnt go back just bc of the wait time tbh, but definitely never coming back after the kitchen baby

It usually doesn’t matter what time I order food from this Domino’s it’s always hot fresh & on time, this particular time I order (10/1/23) around midnight wasn’t the case. Not only did I receive my food late at almost 2 in the morning but I’m assuming the delivery driver doesn’t know that if you order online you can “track your order” so we literally see where you’re going, my driver was Nancy I feel like she intentionally took my pizza on a 30+ minute ride on purpose, when she finally arrived the pizza box looked suspect was cold & the pizza was stinking. My husband went in to grab a third slice after he cautiously ate two small slices & took the other out of oven but I smelled a foul oder that the Domino’s I know doesn’t have I say all that to say Angel the person that “prepared” the pizza & Nancy that drove it around forest park when I live 8 minutes from the establishment need to not work late night if their gonna make a rather fine establishment in the community receive this kind of attention.

So disappointed by this! So much money spent and lost. To start the delivery driver delivers our food and he realizes he has the wrong order. So I call poor customer service as my husband was told the right driver is on his way and at least it’ll still be warm.. REALLY!! From someone that worked many years in the industry bad move. On top of that there was no “premium chicken “ on the pizza or “shaved Asiago cheese”. Now I know if it we’re anyone of those workers at domino’s ordered from a restaurant and receives the wrong order or told what we were told you’d be mad.
